2 SYSTEM PURPOSE SYSTEM PURPOSE The Haga crossing signalization clic para system is modificar designed to alert pedestrians el and es0lo trucks at intersec0ons with poor visibility. The system can be installed with many varia0ons depending on the solu0on required. ForkliIs can trigger signals as can Pedestrians with key fobs. The solu0on is en0rely based on PAS technology. 4 OPERATION FORKLIFT FORKLIFT CROSSINGS ForkliIs trigger a signal on either side of wall using a TZ2 Tag ForkliIs are fiqed with a normal PAS kit TZ2 Tags are fiqed to the wall When either forklii comes into range of thetz2 Tag it will trigger a flashing or traffic light around the other side of the intersec0on to alert the oncoming forklii that a forklii is approaching With this setup a pedestrian will also be detected when normally in any other area of the facility ICNITA SAFETY, 4

9 INSTALLATION AC- 50 INSTALLATION The ac0vator AC- 50 must be installed in a fixed area of the crossing (wall, shelf or ceiling), and must be powered by a AC / DC 24 Volt power supply Both LF antennas can be used to extend the detec0on zone. The en0re length of the antenna cable can be used to adjust the posi0on of the detec0on zone. The alarm signal has to be placed in the area of the intersec0on with poor visibility. ICNITA SAFETY, 9

10 INSTALLATION TZ2- TAG INSTALLATION The TZ2- Tag must be installed on the wall, shelf or ceiling. It must be supplied with 24V (requires converter DC / DC) Maximum detec0on range: 5m ICNITA SAFETY, 1 0
