5 RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Participants will compete in two categories, Polytechnic and University. 2. All participants will be given a sum of $10,000 virtual cash at the beginning of the competition. 3. Participants can earn extra virtual cash up to a maximum of $3000 a. $1000 when they sign up during early bird registration. b. $1000 when they like and share Wynnberg Group and Pates Global FB post. c. Like, Comment why they deserve the extra cash and Share INC s Demo Forex competition Post on Facebook. 10 winners will be chosen based on either creativity of post or most liked 4. Any trades initiated will automatically be deducted from their account once the order is submitted. 5. When submitting any order, this order will be checked against their cash equity to ensure sufficient funds in their account. Orders will be rejected if there are insufficient funds in their cash equity. 6. Winners will be declared based on Return on Investment (ROI). 7. Leverage used will be 1: If ROI is a tie, judges will decide based on drawdowns (Risk Management). 9. Forced-Liquidation Participants will be forced-liquidated when participants equity reach zero. 10. No usage of algorithmic trading systems. All trades based on manual trading. 11. Participants must have a minimum of two trades per week or they will be automatically disqualified. 12. Prizes - One overall winner for both Categories and one winner for each category. Total 3 prizes.

6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Like INC and TraDesto Facebook page for result updates and upcoming event updates. 2. Sharing of trading idea is allowed. However, copying of trade(s) is/are not allow. 3. Finding ways in the system loophole to gain an advantage to the participant is strictly not allowed. For example, a participant who was trading with more than one competition account during the competition period will be disqualified. 4. SIM-INC reserves all rights to disqualify any participant if found to be cheating. 5. In any case of dispute SIM-INC reserves all rights to make the final decision. 6. No extra trading time or allowance will be given if participant fails to start on the actual date. Competition will start on 12/10/ SIM INC retains the right to change the competition rules or selection criteria if unforeseen circumstances should arise or if an appreciable error has occurred. 8. 8 RESULTS 1) Wynnberg Group and Pate Global will be the Judges for the Competition 2) Judging criteria: Base on the R&R and T&C that has been formulated. 3) Tallying of result procedures: i. TraDesto will sent in the File containing the weekly scores to INC by FRIDAY 2359 ii. Results will be tabulated base on the judging criteria and rules and regulations iii. Top 20 Participants result (Top 10 from polytechnics and top 10 from University) would be published on INC Facebook page weekly every Sunday 7PM iv. At the end of the 3 weeks Competition, all tabulated results will be send to the Judges for vetting. v. The Overall winner, top University and top Polytechnic winners will also be chosen by the judges. *All the pdf files are to be kept together till closing ceremony as evidence
