1 Changes between ClientBase Windows and InterBase Related - ClientBase no longer supports InterBase client version 6. Users will be prompted with a warning when logging into ClientBase Windows. Upgrade to InterBase client version 2007 by running the latest ClientBase Update file. Profile Related - When adding a card to a Family Member/Employee that has a middle name, the "Name on Card" will now populate with the middle name. - Fixed issue with the setting for Marketing Permission Setting where the default to "Not Allow Marketing Permission" was not defaulting correctly on new profiles or new Family Members/Employees. - Inactive Vendors are no longer presented on the list of Preferred Vendors for Family Members/ Employees. - Fixed the error message Invalid attachment. File size is ZERO that prompted when opening a new file attachment. - When adding an attachment to a Profile or Res Card, the Compress File setting is now checked by default. - Resolved an issue where clicking OK on a profile after changing column arrangement did not save the new order of the columns. Merge to PNR Related - Addressed an issue where using Merge to PNR or PNR Import was closing MySabre. - addresses are now converted to all caps for Merge to PNR to Sabre. - Fixed the phone field display in Merge to PNR when area code value is blank. - Added additional date option in Passenger Miscellaneous field group to accommodate both 2 and 4 character year i.e. DDMMMYY and DDMMMYYYY. - Updated Merge to PNR so that profiles that have credit card numbers with the same last 4 digits will merge the correct number to the PNR. An indicator such as CARD2 will be displayed next to card numbers on the PNR selection and preview screens. The indicator will not be merged to the PNR and should not be edited out on the PNR Preview screen. Activity Related - Fixed an issue with ical meeting request (via MAPI ONLY) when scheduled with "0 Minutes" Set Alarm time where it prompted an error in Outlook 2003: "Cannot Import vcalendar file." - When using the Auto-Create Mailer feature with Merge to , the mailers will now populate the ** info on the first line of the mailer body. Document Template Related - Addressed an issue where File Print Template no longer worked with Document Templates.

2 Related - Resolved an issue with SMTP Subject field where special characters were not displayed correctly. - Addressed an issue where a Dynamic SQL Error message occurred when using Merge to E- mail and the Profile Manager included Passenger columns. Res Card Related - When tracking a reservation in foreign currency and using the Charge As pricing option, selecting the Currency button will now display both the base and the per unit pricing. - At the reservation passenger pricing level, the ticket data fields are now editable when using Update. - Updated the Agency Currency reservation Multi-Currency screen to not allow a conversion rate of zero. - Improved prompting when inserting records in Air/Rail service provider Passenger screen. - Fixed an issue where the Res Card Reservation Tab columns were reverting to the default sort order after selecting OK to save the Res Card. - Resolved an issue where, after canceling a reservation which had been invoiced in part, the red summary text at the top of the Res Card incorrectly showed all $0 amounts. Invoice Related - Addressed several areas where ClientBase would incorrectly prompt "The credit card number appears to have a typographical error. - Fixed an issue where a large amount of Vendor Res Card remarks were crashing ClientBase when generating an invoice. The remarks will now be trimmed to 1024 characters on the Trams Back Office booking. - Resolved an issue where the error message Violation of FOREIGN KEY constraint INTEG_298 on table PAYDT was displayed when voiding an invoice. - Resolved an issue where, when using the Charged per night/person/room option AND the Invoiced Outside CB option, the prior invoiced amount displayed for the reservation was not calculated correctly. - Resolved an issue where generating an invoice from a Res Card with voided invoices using CommTrack not show as paid caused the new invoice to show the wrong Reservation Totals, This Invoice Totals and Balance amounts. Itinerary, Trip Proposal and Trip Statement Related - Updated the Day by Day sorted by Depart Only Itinerary to include the insurance information. - Resolved an issue where the ed itinerary PDF was including a number of random characters at the end of the document.

3 - Resolved an issue with the Trip Statement where CommTrack non-show-as-paid bookings were included in the Due Now amount and should not have been. Live Connect Related Fixed an issue where a reservation created with Walt Disney live connect was displaying a commission amount at the reservation level, but not at the itemize level. Walt Disney does not send a commission amount with their Live Connect data, so the commission will always be zero. Inventory Related - Resolved an issue where hotel reservations pulled from Inventory did not use the Global Default setting to always print hotel address on invoice/itinerary. PNR Import Related - Sabre PNR Import will now look for the SabreMDRDB folder only in the user's My Documents\Trams\ClientBase folder. If the folder is not found, a message will display that the Sabre MDR database cannot be found. - Fixed the spelling of breakfast when a PNR is imported from Sabre. - Sabre PNR Import now imports the fare from stored fare when no accounting lines exist in SDS record. - Sabre PNR Import now correctly reads all stopovers when available from Sabre. - Apollo PNR Import now imports manual hotel bookings; however, reservations will have limited details (Start and End Date, Number of Persons, Number of Nights). - For Amadeus PNR Import, multiple tickets are now captured when available in source file. Query Related - Optimized Res card query with Provider Start date to improve performance. - Copy/Paste into the Group Name field of the Query Managers now automatically converts all text to upper case. - Fixed issue with the Res Card Manager Create Agent column not sorting correctly. - Fixed tab order in the Query Managers. Report Related - Updated Activity and Res Card reports to display Level 3 query filters. - Improved the performance of the Res Card Vendor Booking report. - Enhanced performance when generating an Activity summary report. - Fixed an issue where Inventory Report Passenger List returned Sold items as twice per sold for Air, Cruise, or Hotel.

4 - Fixed an issue with Inventory Passenger List Report where duplicate passengers were listed and total sold/available did not match the total blocked count. Dupe Checker Related - Fixed a display issue with duplicate employee names (each linked to a different primary Profile), which was caused by Dupe Check merging Employee/Family Members, but not merging Special Dates. - Fixed an issue where running the Dupe Checker on the result of a query consisting of family members in the filter returned the same profile for each family member in the result. - Fixed an issue with databases on InterBase 7 where Dupe Check filter on Address prompted SQL error: Column unknown C_ Enhanced performance of Dupe Checker based on a Profile Manager Level query (requires upgrade to InterBase version XE). Miscellaneous - Addressed an issue where File Export was using the wrong headings on the Passenger export file. - Fixed database upgrade error on TFW only database with violation of primary key constraint COLUMNGROUP and also trigger dependencies. - Resolved an issue where Remarks added to Receipts were not displayed after clicking on Issue Receipt. User Login and Permissions Related - View Own Res Cards Only permission now again displays ALL Travel History, except for Vendor profiles, where other agents Travel History will not be displayed. - ClientBase Windows no longer allows logins to be saved with a blank password. GST/VAT and International Version Related LAD Version Only: Addressed issue with LAD Spanish CBPlus.exe not displaying the Spanish translations. Canadian Version Only: Hid the GST/HST rate field in Global Defaults, since the field is no longer used to calculate GST/HST. Canadian Version Only: For PNR Import from Sabre, fixed how we read the Client GST amount when not available from the AC line. Synchronization Related - Fixed display of Global Defaults ResCard Defaults Tax and Commission Defaults Region Tax settings where all settings are now read-only on a Sync copy database. Globalware Utility Related

5 - Updated how High Fare and Low Fare amounts are handled. If the ClientBase reservation has zero for the amounts, it will be exported to Globalware as zero. If the ClientBase reservation has amounts for High and Low Fare, those amounts will be exported to Globalware. - Updated how the ImpAirline/Chain is exported. If the ClientBase vendor profile has an airline number, then it is exported as the ImpAirline/Chain value. If the ClientBase vendor profile does not have an airline number, the Interface ID is used for the ImpAirline/Chain value. Virtuoso Utility Related - Addressed an issue where the export file included numbers higher than 6 for Segment Number Override (Market As Segment Number). Update File Related - Added prompt for registering Worldspan Connection ID when Worldspan is detected on the workstation. Prompt will only occur if the Connection ID value is blank. If the existing connection ID needs to be updated, run CBBComps.exe. - Update files will now install the Sabre Host Command Utility. Please see enhancement release notes for further details. - Addressed issue where the Interbase2007 client was not being installed on workstations that have Interbase 6 client. - Updated version of GlobalwareInvExp.exe. - Updated version of Vituoso.exe. - Updated version of CBSync.exe. - Updated version of IBBackup.exe and IBBackuplib.dll. - Updated ClientBase Windows Help Files. Changes between ClientBase Windows and Performance Related - Addressed a performance issue with large databases when generating an invoice and adding a new reservation to a Res Card. - Addressed a performance issue where querying communications was very slow. - Addressed an Activity Manager query performance issue where Date Range was very large (e.g. No Start Date). - Fixed a Profile Manager performance with Passenger Profile Columns taking a long time to return results on a very large database. - Fixed a performance issue with Activity Manager when [Primary Agent] column was added to an existing query.

6 - Addressed a Profile Manager performance issue when querying communications (phone, , etc) on a large database (e.g. Does Have Primary that IS NOT BLANK). - Fixed performance issues with Activity Manager queries when the From and To Dates were blank. - Fixed performance issues with Dashboard Manager querying for the current [My To-Do] list. - Fixed performance issues with Profile Manager's Family/Traveler Name field. - Fixed performance issues with Profile Manager Level 3 queries using Res Card fields in the filter. - Addressed performance issues with Activity Manager queries for completed/uncompleted reminders. - Fixed performance issues with Profile Manager Level3 queries that contained filter Does Not Have Activities. Profile Related - Profile Dupe Checker now includes a new setting "Maximum Number of Profiles Returned Per Search" (maximum number possible is 5000 profiles). This is to prevent running Dupe Checker for ALL profiles in the database, and will improve the performance of dupe-checking large amounts of profiles. PNR Related - Added a right-click option to create Merge to PNR log and PNR Import log. Merge to PNR Related - Added new merge fields for Amadeus Passenger Miscellaneous group: Passport Expiration DateDDMMMYY and Issue DateDDMMMYY. - Fixed an access violation error that occurred when using Apollo to perform a Merge to PNR that included Frequent Flyer numbers. Document Template Related - Addressed an issue where mailers created from Merge to Doc did not have the correct Primary Agent Name. - Resolved a document template issue where, if there was a format change (e.g. font size or type) immediately before the merge field and there was no space between the format change and the merge field, the merge field (e.g. Primary Address Line 1) was dropping any numbers when merged to the template. Related - Unnecessary tabs on the Merge to screens have been removed: an extra Message tab and the Load Doc Temp button when mode was Plain Text and client was MAPI. - Fixed Merge to issue with BCC method for the Current Results where it was only including the first address (depending on the sort).

7 Invoice Related - Resolved an issue where, in certain circumstances, re-printing invoices caused service fees to double on the reprinted copy. Itinerary, Trip Proposal and Trip Statement Related - Updated the Plain Text Invoice to include middle names for Res Card passengers. - Resolved an issue where carriage returns at the end of the branch remarks were being ignored. Live Connect Related - Addressed an issue where the Retrieve feature was not working with Sabre Cruise. PNR Import Related - When launching PNR Import from a Res Card, the cursor will now default to the Rec Loc field. - Amadeus PNR Import will now read the SEAT text for return flights. Query Related - Addressed an issue where including the RESCARDDESTINATION.Destination column in a Res Card Manager query would not return any Res Cards that did not have a Destination selected. - Fixed a display issue with Profile Manager's [Summarize] where the filter may be missing an AND in the query. - Fixed an issue where the Activity Manager's column [ACTDATETIME.ActivityDateTime] displayed an incorrect date when [Activity.ToDo] was not one of the columns selected to display in the results. - Fixed an issue where Level 3 Inventory Manager responded with an error message when sorting on a column. - Fixed an issue where Res Card Manager Level3 Save Query As responded with an error message when there was more than 1 filter. Report Related - Fixed a Report Cancelled error that occurred when viewing an activity directly from Profile's Activities tab and clicking on the [Print Detail] button. - Enhanced performance of the Agent Booking Report when running a Res Card query on a large database. - Fixed a performance issue with Res Card Close Ratio Report on large databases. Dashboard Related - Addressed a speed issue with loading Dashboard Manager due to Activity Manager querying the To-Do list. The activity query can now be cancelled by clicking on the [Cancel] button. - Addressed a Dashboard issue where the directory was not created and ClientBase would respond with the error "Invalid Directory" when saving a report file.

8 Miscellaneous - Updated the Marketing Codes that are created when converting a database to Signature Private Label. - Updated the Marketing Codes that are created when converting a database to Ensemble Private Label. - Fixed an issue with Merge to Label for Travel History's Top X Sales query where it displayed blank labels when switching to a Label Name other than the default. - Addressed an issue where the spell checker was highlighting words when no dictionary was installed or enabled. User Login and Permissions Related - Fixed an issue where the error message "Your User Login permissions do not allow access to this profile" occurred when a user who had User Login permission "View Own Profiles Only" opened profiles of types other than Leisure or Corporate. International Version Related - LAD Version: Fixed an issue where saved queries returned an error message when using the Spanish CBPlus.exe. Database Update Related - Fixed the error "no permission for execute access to procedure DBENCRYPTED by trigger INSERTRESVTNENCYPTED" that occurred when modifying a reservation on an encrypted database (due to missing TRAMS_USER in the stored procedure). - CBPlusUp.exe now prompts with the correct error message, "USER(S) CONNECTED TO THE DATABASE" instead of "an error occurred in the application". - Addressed error "Constraint Already Exists" that occurred when running CBPlusUp.exe. - Addressed issue where CBPlusUp.exe would prompt incorrectly about Sync DB Version being later than the current update. - Fixed error "Registry time zone is not complete" that occurred when running CBPlusUp.exe. Added a button that provides [Incomplete Timezone List]. - Addressed an error "TProgressBar property out of range" that occurred when running CBPlusUp.exe. - CBPlusUp now checks for the GLOBAL table and IB Server/DB File version and prompts with a fail message if GLOBAL still exists on an incompatible InterBase version. Backup Utility Related **** Added a backup notification feature that will send an to the specified user if a backup fails with an option to send s for completed backups as well. Setup Process:

9 1. Go to the Trams program group under Start/All Programs/Trams Back Office/Database Backup and open the backup utility. 2. Ensure the user name and password are filled in 3. Click the Create Shortcut button. The places a back up shortcut on the desktop 4. Right click on the backup shortcut on the desktop and select properties 5. In the Target field right arrow to the end of the existing information in the field 6. Add the information in the example below replacing the generic - SERVER information with the proper server address and also replace the - TOADDR information with the proper address for the recipient. 7. Click ok to save the changes Note: If you currently have scheduled backup information in the backup shortcut, append this additional information to the end of that command line. Changes between ClientBase Windows and Beta 1 version Header/Footer Related - The Header/Footer tool no longer supports GIF graphic files. Upon upgrading to version 3.6, any GIF graphics will no longer be displayed. Adding GIF files to a header/footer will prompt that the file type is not supported. Profile Related - To better reflect industry standards, the term Coach has been replaced with Economy in areas related to Class of Service preferences. Additionally, Premium Economy has been added as a new Class of Service. Areas affected by this change include the Family Member/Employee Air

10 preferences, Merge to PNR rules, passenger details imported from PNR Import, as well as the Detailed Profile report. - Increased the Citizenship field on the Family Members/Employees record to 80 characters. - Increased the size of the Website field to 200 characters in the communications area of profiles and on the Mailer Link to Details field. - Expanded the size of the Profile Remarks window and removed the ruler, allowing more remarks to be seen on the screen at once. - Added a Marketing tab to Agent profiles. Suggested use of marketing codes for agent profiles is identifying agent areas of expertise. - Invoice Group column has been added to Travel History tab in Profiles. - Corrected an issue where marketing codes were not sorted in the right order when accessed by right clicking on the Profile Manager window. - Addressed an issue where the Profile Cards columns were reverting back to the default order/size. - Corrected the tabbing order when creating a new Vendor profile. PNR Related - Removed the SabWnApi32 option for Sabre Merge to PNR and PNR Import. The end items have been changed to reflect the new delimiters needed for Merge to PNR via clipboard. - Fixed Invalid Variant Type error when using Merge to PNR feature with Sabre Red Workspace. - Fixed an issue with Worldspan Merge to PNR where the delimiter between first and middle name was missing when combining same last names. Details such as Name, Address, City, etc that were importing as all caps, i.e., HILTON HOTEL will now import as Hilton Hotel. - When updating the name of a service provider, the address/phone will no longer be deleted. If selecting a new service provider from the drop down, the address/phone from the profile will be populated on the service provider record. - When there is 1 passenger on the reservation and the Issued thru ARC box is checked, the reservation amounts will be transferred to passenger pricing. If there is more than 1 passenger, the amounts will be cleared. Invoice Related

12 - Adjusted the size of the reservation window on the Generate Invoice screen so that highlighting the correct reservation is easier. - When issuing an invoice with payment Type CC Merchant, the payment will be saved to the Trams Back Office branch default bank account. - Changed how the Net Remit is calculated on the booking in Trams Back Office when there is a markup/discount and the method of payment is Credit Card. The booking will take the markup/discount into consideration so the Net Remit is the amount expected from the vendor. The database must be on Trams Back Office version 3.03 or higher. - Addressed issue with non-arc air bookings that used the same ticket number. The CB invoice will display the correct amounts for each ticket. - Fixed an issue where refund invoices were not displaying the tax amounts on the generated invoice PDF. - Addressed an issue where the Balance Due Date field was cleared if the Invoice Format was changed. - Addressed an issue where invoices that contained a long list of passenger names were bleeding the names off the bottom of the page. - Corrected issue where the Invoice Type merge field wasn't working for reprinted refund invoices. - Resolved an issue where entering a deposit amount for ARC/BSP reservations allowed a partial amount to be invoiced. Itinerary, Trip Proposal and Trip Statement Related - Tweaked the format of the itinerary document called Itinerary No Pricing. When there are flights that have different depart and arrival days, the flight information will be in alignment. - Tweaked the Day-by-day Itinerary Report to remove the Insurance dates from the body of the itinerary and instead include the dates at the bottom of the document along with the summary of the insurance details. - Added Airport Codes to the Itinerary style Day by Day Sorted by Depart Only. - Adjusted how we display the Trip Statement's Deposit on Account. It is now right justified like the other amounts. - Updated the invoice format so Arrive and Depart times will not be split between two pages of an invoice. - Improved spacing for air reservations on the invoice so that passenger names are not truncated. Live Connect Related - Added SmartCaps for passenger names when importing a reservation with Live Connect. Passenger names that were importing as all caps, i.e., JOHN SMITH will now import as John Smith. - Tweaked how we are importing reservations via Live Connect if the provider does not provide an End Date. We will check the itinerary and use the last date listed.

13 - Updated the Live Connect URL for Squaremouth Travel Insurance. - Travel Bound has been added to the list of Live Connect Providers in the database. - Fixed an issue where the default setting for the Print Address on Invoice/Itin checkbox was not working when the reservation was created with Live Connect. - If a Live Connect provider is marked Inactive, it will no longer display on the list of providers in a Vendor profile. - Fixed an error with Amadeus Cruise Live Connect. - Addressed an incorrect multiple matches for vendor prompt during Live Connect when the Vendor profile has two addresses. - When sending the Trip Cost for Insurance Live Connect providers, the amount will no longer be rounded down the nearest dollar. Inventory Related - Increased the amount of space that displays when maximizing Inventory records including Itin/Invoice Remarks, Agent Remarks and Cruise/Tour Itinerary. - When querying for inventory at the Res Card Level, the columns can now be re-sized and rearranged with one exception: the Pull column cannot be moved out of the first position. - Fixed an issue where inventory with quantity over 10,000 was locking up ClientBase. PNR Import Related - Tweaked PNR Import when there are multiple matches on interface ID. A Vendor Name Search Option is displayed and vendor name can be typed in and queried (similar to the Query By Vendor when there are no matching vendors found). - For Sabre, Apollo, and Worldspan, improved how PNR Import finds and matches with Hotel vendor profiles by checking the phone number if the Interface ID or Chain Code does not match. Amadeus does not provide phone numbers in the record that is imported. - For Apollo, the import to create separate passengers per ticket within the same reservation. - For Apollo, tweaked the import to remove spaces when comparing passenger names for MCO Service Fees. - Enhanced the Apollo PNR Import routine to match passenger name to ticket. - Fixed an issue where Apollo records were not importing the car pickup city. - For Amadeus, increased the number of taxes that can be captured during PNR Import. - For Amadeus, made changes to the import to improve the matching on hotel vendors. - For Amadeus, improved the match of stored fare vendor to validating vendor in cases of complex itineraries with multiple vendors.

14 - PNR Import from SABRE now reads service fees from OTH segments when designated as a FEE. - Sabre PNR Import will now read multiple tour segments from SABTOR and SEBURA. - Fixed an issue where the default setting for the Print Address on Invoice/Itin checkbox was not working when the reservation was created with PNR Import. - If no Vendor profile exists with Interface ID VX, the import will create a new profile for Virgin America. - With Changed Sabre PNR Import, for records with multiple stored fares, the AC line is always read first. If no AC line is present then the last stored fare amounts are read. - For Sabre, improved how the import reads through fares. - For Sabre, fixed the import of ticket values that incorrectly captured foreign currency though ticketed in USD. - For Sabre, class of service B now defaults correctly to economy. - For Worldspan, improved the matching on passenger name in PNR to the passenger name on the ticket. - For Worldspan, the import will now correctly read ticket numbers for multiple tickets per passenger and the ticket number will import with 10 digits. - For Worldspan, improved the matching on passenger name in PNR to the passenger name on the ticket. Global Default Related - Added blue sorting arrows to Batched reminders, so the order of Reminders within each batch can be re-ordered. Performance Related - Improved the speed of opening a profile that has a large number of family members/employees. - Improved the performance of Family Member/Employee preferred vendor screen. - Made a performance tweak on Activity Manager Level 1 query for open reminders. 15 - Changed the label on the Service Provider Total Fare and Commission filters to Allocated Total Fare and Allocated Commission in the Profile Level 2/Level 3 Query and Res Card Level 2 Query. - Fixed an issue where filter criteria Region is equal to Mexico & Central America was being dropped when the query was saved. - Fixed an issue where Profile Manager Level 3 Query "Group is BLANK" did not return any results. - Level 3 queries with Secondary Address as a filter now work correctly. - Fixed issue with Profile Manager Level 3 where Travel History Filter for Invoice Total Fare was returning incorrect results when invoiced with the same Inside/Outside agent twice. - Fixed an issue in Profile Manager Level 3 where it removed the read only Primary Agent field in the query (for logins with View Own Profiles Only security restrictions) when another General Info filter criteria that uses the drop-down field selection was added. Encryption Related - Addressed an issue where credit card numbers were not masked when selecting a new credit card on the Reservation Payment Due Date tab. The database update (cbplusup.exe) will re-run the encryption routine to re-mask any valid credit card numbers. - Addressed an issue where unencrypted databases were not saving the credit card number on the Reservation Payment Due Date tab. Miscellaneous - Added Home Manager to the Windows menu. - Fixed an issue where the Export Menu Option was not available when selected from the Home Tab. - Global Modify no longer allows users to add a blank Group ID. - Dupe Checker now includes profiles with no assigned branch if the user login's rights are limited to a specific branch. - Addressed an issue where the profile Export was not exporting correctly when Include Marketing Info option was checked. - Added an entry to Help About ClientBase for "EUA Enabled" Yes/No (feature for Password Management). - CBMS URL link in Home Manager has been updated. User Login and Permissions Related - Addressed issue with User Logins that have permission to View Own Profiles Only. Users were receiving Invalid Profile Number error when querying from Activity Manager using Profile Primary Agent filter.

16 - Unselecting the Group List menu item in a User Login's permissions will now disable the Group hyperlink in all the Group areas (profile, res card, etc). - View Own Res Cards Only permission setting will now display only Travel History items that are linked to Res Cards that belong to the users' agent profile. GST/VAT and International Version Related - LAD version: Translated additional Pop-Up message screens from English to Spanish that occasionally appear when warnings or permissions are presented that require a selection be made by the user. - LAD Version Only: Profile Travel History tab is now visible for non-sysdba users. - All International Versions: Duplicate Invoice Numbers are now allowed to be processed when using the XML Import Travel History Import. A new invoice number will be assigned and the original Invoice number is saved as the Invoice Group. Backup Utility Related - In preparation for Password Management enhancements in ClientBase Windows and Trams Back Office, there are new fields on the Backup Utility called Server Username and Server Password. These fields should be left blank when performing a backup or restore. - Added an option to encrypt and password protect the backup file. If a password is specified during the backup and the backup is being compressed, the resulting zip file will be encrypted using AES 256 encryption. When restoring a compressed backup that is password-protected, if the user specifies an invalid password, then the restore will fail. PLEASE NOTE: If the encryption password is lost, there is currently no method for recovering the password and the encrypted backup cannot be restored. - Added a new setting called Overwrite Existing Database. - When restoring from a backup file, the Backup/Restore utility will display the backup create date. - Added a check to the Backup/Restore Utility that indicates if the database being restored is not compatible with the Interbase version on the set where the backup/restore is running. - IBBackup now prompts with a friendlier error message when there's not enough space in the temp folder to unzip the backup file during a restore. Profile Import Utility Related - Updated the import of special dates - when using format MMM, the format will no longer be case sensitive and the special date will be imported with the profile. - Updated the Profile Import Utility to allow User Logins with an authorization of Manager (in CB) or Admin (in TBO) to log into the utility and import profiles. Alias Utility Related

When the Modify settings are changed, they will now be saved in the Vista and Windows 7 Control Panel's Schedule Tasks folder. - Sync Activation now displays a progress status bar. - By default, SYNC IN/OUT to File now retains the last directory path used. - Error message is now prompted if GUID removal (De-activating) fails due to a SYNCCHECKVAL mismatch. - Initial Sync Out Retry now displays an error message to the Event Log if transfer fails. - Out of disk space error during Initial Sync-Out or Initial Sync-in is written to the error log. - Fixed issue with Marketing Code not matching when same flag is updated on both databases prior to the next synchronization. - Fixed sync-in issue with Attachment (added to profile in ClientBase Browser/Online via Firefox) going to unresolved when Primary database retrieves new updates.
