3 What is it all about? CBRN-CoE = network of experts Mobilize national, regional and international resources to achieve a common objective to develop at national and regional levels a coherent CBRN policy CBRN Risk Mitigation

4 Comprehensive approach Development of a comprehensive CBRN approach that incorporates all international, regional and national CBRN components into a common strategy

5 Ownership Ownership by the country: to generate genuine ownership of its policy and its implementation by national bodies Decentralized network: in order to rapidly adapt to new situations, to guarantee ownership and to ensure effective sharing of tasks and responsibilities
