Gradplus offers: The opportunity of a six month or one year structured program for Enrolled Nurses (EN). A one year structured program for Registered Nurses (RN) & Midwives. A choice of rotation format is offered, dependant upon which hospital you apply to. Hollywood Private Hospital also offers a direct entry 12 month Peri-operative program for EN / RN and a comprehensive general and mental health program for EN. Please check with each hospital which option is available. Rotations are in varied acute care clinical settings to meet your specific needs. These may include: Peri-operative General surgery Acute medical Day of surgery Mental health Orthopaedics Palliative care Cardiology Urology Rehabilitation Following your graduate year, Advanced Skill EN Pathway or Clinical Enhancement Programs provide further development in many clinical areas. You will be supported by university clinical facilitators who will be available throughout your rotations. 12 GRADUATE MIDWIFERY PROGRAM Graduate Midwifery Program The Ramsay Health Care WA Graduate Midwifery Program provides newly graduated Midwives an opportunity to apply Midwifery theory to practice as you rotate through a variety of obstetric settings. Rotation within Ramsay Health Care WA Hospitals A rotational partnership is incorporated in your student program and the graduate Midwifery year. This unique opportunity promotes your diversity and flexibility within private and public models of care while consolidating your knowledge and clinical practice.

13 Graduate Midwifery Program structure A 12 month structured program with: 4 study days to enhance and develop your skills and knowledge throughout your graduate year Mandatory competency training and assessments in obstetric emergencies Program content is planned to meet your ongoing learning needs Attendance and completion of the RANZCOG Fetal Surveillance Training Day Mentorship Offering support and care is an important and integral part of your development. You will have regular contact with your course co-ordinator and access at all times to experienced Clinical Midwives.
