Produced the company s Contractor s Qualification Statement, brochures, advertising, identified market sectors, attended all pre-construction meetings and managed operational personnel, prepared project budgets and monitored job costs. Became the largest distributor for the Notifier Company in the U.S. with sales exceeding $20 million. Negotiated the sale of the company to Lee Capital Investments in 1982 for $7 million and stayed to the run the company as President. Commercial Electronics, Inc.
