INNO-AT project will support improvements in accounting and financial reporting skills within SMEs, in order to provide useful financial information to a wide range of users and reinforce that accounting as a management tool, fosters the evolution of small and medium-sized businesses. The methodology will be developed with focus on its utilisation for comparison of the skills and competences between the trainees in EU countries, minimum between the partner countries. Also with focus to utilise the methodology fro the training need analyses. The methodology will support ECVET. On the survey of available resources and practices in Slovakia, partners countries and on the international level. This will help to identified actual needs of the target groups and sectors as well as good practices in the targeted training and e-learning.
