3 M&M Mortgage Services Integration This document is a step-by-step guide on how to integrate your Pruvan account with the M&M Mortgage Services Driver. Create a Login and Password on the M&M Portal Before you can integrate the M&M Mortgage Services system with Pruvan you must create a Login and Password to use for the M&M Pruvan integration. 1. Login to your M&M Mortgage Services account 2. Click on Hello <Your Rep ID> 3. Create a new username that will be entered into Pruvan in a later step. THIS IS NOT YOUR PRUVAN DIRECT USERNAME. 4 4. Create a new password that will be entered into Pruvan in a later step. THIS IS NOT YOUR PRUVAN DIRECT PASSWORD. 5. Click Save Create an M&M Mortgage Services Client Now you must tell the Pruvan system about the M&M system. In order for your Work Orders to be downloaded from M&M to Pruvan, you need to create a Pruvan Client record for M&M. 1. Login to your Pruvan account 2. Click Integrations 3. Click New 4. Enter a name for your client record, something like MM 5. Select M&M Mortgage Services 6. Click Next 7. Enter the Pruvan Login you created in step 3 above. 8. Enter the Pruvan Password you created in step 4 above. 9. Click on Validate to test your login information a. If it works, you should see the message: Success Copyright (c) 2015 Pruvan, Inc. 5 10. Click Save Importing Orders To import your M&M orders into Pruvan click on Import Orders. This will start the order import and launch the log viewer. You can press the F5 key to refresh the log viewer if it doesn t refresh fast enough. The M&M integration will import all New orders and all In Process orders minus all orders that have been completed but not submitted yet. Copyright (c) 2015 Pruvan, Inc. All Rights Reserved. 6 Data Mapping Your new M&M work orders should appear as Pruvan Projects in the Projects page. The table below shows the data mapping between M&M and Pruvan. M&M Pruvan Work Order Order Number Address City State Zip Due Date Client Mortgagor Instructions Project Project Name Address City State ZIP Due Date Reference Description Instructions Work Item Service Service Name Default Assign To If you set the Default Assign To option to one of your users, all of the projects imported on this integration will be assigned to that username automatically. If left set to Unassigned, then the projects will need to be assigned on the Projects page before they will show up on a mobile device. Additional Instructions You can open an imported M&M project and edit the instructions field to add any additional information or edit what is imported from M&M. Once the changes are saved, they will NOT be overwritten by new imports from M&M containing the same project. Auto-Admin External integrations, like M&M, have indirect access to status through the Auto Admin integration option. If Auto Admin is set Pruvan will allow Status, Due Date and Instructions to be set, and updated, by the external integration. If Auto Admin is disabled the external integration will not be able to update the due date or instructions once they are initially imported; nor will it be able to set the status in Pruvan at all. This is useful if you want to input your own due dates or instructions on the projects before they are assigned to the field. Copyright (c) 2015 Pruvan, Inc. All Rights Reserved. P a g e 5

7 Push Key You can use the Push Key to submit updates to your M&M projects programmatically. To do this use the Force Update method described in the Standard API documentation and the instructions for using the push key for updates. Uploading Pictures Photo Relay Depending upon your profile options, your photos will automatically relay to M&M. They will be visible in the M&M web portal for the work order.
