1 Adventurer Ministries By the conclusion of 2015 the Adventurer Ministry will increase the number of registered clubs to 40 within the SNEC territory. By the conclusion of 2015, 80% of the registered Adventurer clubs will be in attendance to conference-sponsored events. (i.e. Spring Escape, Fun day) By the conclusion of 2015 the Adventurer and Pathfinder Area Coordinators will be integrated into one team that will be cross-trained, redistricted and reassigned within the SNEC territory. Campus Ministries By the conclusion of 2015 the Young Adult and Campus Ministries will establish campus ministries at Fitchburg State University, Mount Wachusett Community College and Worcester College Campus (Worcester State University). By the conclusion of 2015 the Young Adult and Campus Ministries will include the acronym ACF in the names of the newly established campus ministries. By the conclusion of 2015 the Young Adult and Campus Ministries will establish a Host Church for each college ministry. The host church must be able to: a. Provide quarterlies and literature to student group. b. Provide transportation to church and bible study. c. Provide a spiritual advisor. d. Provide potluck once a month for students. By the conclusion of 2015 the Young Adult and Campus Ministries will create a webpage to connect students that will be attending public colleges to existing campus ministries. The webpage will include a directory for existing public campus ministries within the SNEC territory. By the conclusion of 2015 the Young Adult and Campus Ministries will develop a sustainable Mission Trip Plan that will include an annual mission trip opportunity for all college students. (December break may the best time for this trip).

2 Couples Retreat By the conclusion of 2015 increase the number of couples in attendance at our annual Couples Retreat by at least five percent increase over By the conclusion of 2015 attendees to evaluate Couples Retreat with 80 % of attendees rating as completely satisfied with the program. Family Ministry By the conclusion of 2015 there is to have an assessment made of all the Family Ministries around NAD to discover what they are doing; what is working and having a good effect for Federations By the conclusion of 2015 develop strong relationships with 5 churches through local youth leaders and pastors. By the conclusion of 2015 have established two new AY Programs that meet at least twice per month for 10 months or a new Adventurer or Pathfinder Club. By the conclusion of 2015 host two area events in each federation. One program targets youth (High School age) and the other program targets young adults (19-35, including college age). Establish at least one Adventist Christian Fellowship Chapter at a college or university located within each federation. Impact By the conclusion of 2015 to have united the area churches in Springfield for a day where 800+ people serve the community on the Impact day and follow through with ministry/service plans after the event. Master Guide Ministry By the conclusion of 2015 the Master Guide Ministry will establish 8 Master Guide classes throughout the SNEC territory.

3 By the conclusion of 2015, 60% of the Master Guide, PLA, PIA & ALG Candidates will provide support services as volunteers to adventurer and pathfinder conference sponsored events. Medical Cadets Corps By the conclusion of 2015 the Medical Cadets Corps will have established four companies in correspondence with the Federations. These companies will be: Alfa in Connecticut, Bravo in Boston, Charlie in Rhode Island and Delta in Central Massachusetts. By the conclusion of 2015 the Medical Cadets Corps will raise at least 1 Anglo Church, 2 Hispanic churches and at least 1 ethnic church on each of the companies. By the conclusion of 2015 the Medical Cadets Corps will develop a training culture in the areas of Medical Service and Disaster Response. Mission Trip By the conclusion of 2015 Mission Trip Ministry will develop a plan for alternate yearly mission trips within the USA and outside the USA. By the conclusion of 2015 in conjunction with Campus Ministry, Mission Trip Ministry will develop an annual mission trip opportunity for all college students. (December break may be the best time for this trip). By the conclusion of 2015 a sustainable mission trip plan for 2015 and beyond will be developed. By the conclusion of 2015 Mission Trip Ministry will promote the annual Cruise With a Mission for Young Adults from CYE. Missionary Impossible By the conclusion of 2015 Missionary Impossible will achieve a mission trip with a participation of 35 youth, young adults, and adults.

4 By the conclusion of 2015 Missionary Impossible will seek feedback from participant's through pre-trip and post-trip inventory to surveys growth. By the conclusion of 2015 Missionary Impossible will make use of social media the Gleaner and other publications to promote and advertise annual Mission trip opportunities inside or outside the USA. National Service Organization By the conclusion of 2015 present one NSO awareness program in each federation. Prepare 10-orientation packets for young people enlisted in the military. Pathfinder Ministries By the conclusion of 2015 Pathfinder Ministry will grow past 43 active clubs by actively encouraging churches to re-establish inactive clubs and to initiate at least one new club per year (especially in churches with only an existing Adventurer or a Pathfinder Club) By the conclusion of 2015 Pathfinder Ministry will recruit 3 additional area coordinators from {Portuguese and Caucasian churches.) Singles Ministry By the conclusion of 2015 to have planned and executed a Meet and Greet event for Singles for 2016 Training Ministry By the conclusion of 2015 the Training Ministry will have recruited and trained 14 Master Guide instructors and 4 Adventist Youth Leadership Certification instructors. By the conclusion of 2015 the Training Ministry will have developed and implemented a regional training model for Adventurer, Pathfinder, Master Guide and Youth Ministries.

5 By the conclusion of 2015 the Training Ministry will provide training support and materials for Adventist Youth Leaders in beginning of the year for English, Hispanic, Haitian and Portuguese lay training events. Young Adult Congress By the conclusion of 2015 to attain a minimum of 150 in attendance, Attendees to evaluate Young Adult Congress with 80 % of attendees rating as completely satisfied with the program
