2 OUR FIRM Senior Partner In 1977, Cr. Héctor Defféminis founded Estudio Héctor Defféminis in order to provide advisory services in the field of management consulting. In 1987, our firm changed its name to BDO Estudio Héctor Defféminis after being appointed to represent BDO International in Uruguay, which is one of the five leading worldwide organizations in Audit, Tax & Consulting Services. Since its inception, BDO adopted a profile of professional excellence based on a combination of experience and personalized service.

3 Our organization is registered as a Consulting Firm in the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB),in the World Bank DACON # 1134 and with the PCAOB. We are also registered as External Auditors in the Banco Central (Central Bank) of Uruguay. Currently, we provide tax and consulting services through BDO Estudio Héctor Defféminis and Audit Services through BDO Auditores y Consultores S.R.L.
