6 STEPS in SALES Transaction Default at UPC code setting : Scan the UPC code off the item(s). Press F5 or click this icon with the mouse to change the quantity >1. Default at Item code setting: Press F4 or click this icon with the mouse to select item(s) to be checked out item code or UPC code are interchangeable at anytime If paying with exact amount, you can click on the type of payment method. If change is required or split tender, you can click on F10 or click on Payment.

9 STEPS in REFUND Scan the return items as in sales transaction. *****EXCEPT the QTY is NOW NEGATIVE DO NOT CHANGE THE PRICING TO NEGATIVE. In theory, the returned items will return back to available inventory. Select the refund method same as payment method. It is suggested to refund with the same payment method. Print invoice the invoice will display (-) negative dollars amount. Press EXIT or F12 End of transaction

10 Functions under Quick Sales Multi item more selections to narrow down the search. User can select more than one item at a time. Load item less selections criteria to narrow down the search. User can only select one item at a time Exempt PST if want to change PST exempt during check out, user can use this function. User can also change the PST manually. For example, B indicate both PST and GST are applicable. The G denotes only GST is applicable for the item. Exempt ALL PST / Exempt ALL GST denote all the sale item on will reflect the exemptions Code Display is item-code / UPC code two different codes toggle anytime. Load Invoice user can reload any invoices anytime to reprint. Invoices can not be deleted or modified. PUT ON HOLD allow user to suspend the current sales, and proceed with the next customer in line. This allows you queue one customer to avoid hold up in line. Log In (^F12) used for the next cashier to log in with his or her own ID between shifts.
