The EM device has multi-stage suppression circuits consisting of field-proven, fast-acting metal oxide varistors (MOVs). surge suppression path is provided for each mode, line-to-neutral (L ), line-to-line (L L), line-toground (L G), and neutral-to-ground ( G).
