The program uses a curriculum to teach about positive coping skills, improve selfefficacy and build social skills. Referrals accepted from parents, schools, other providers, etc with preference given to Windward youth. Oahu Methadone Treatment Program Methadone treatment is an outpatient program for substance abusers who have a documented addiction to heroin.
