While these trainers have high degrees of expertise in their specialty area, they must meet all requirements in order to deliver additional topics in the Early Language and Literacy, Inclusive Child Care and Infant/Toddler strands. * Early Childhood Education majors include Early Childhood Education, Child Studies, Child Development, Human Development and Family Relations, Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, Special Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, or Home Economics/Child Development. IMPORTANT NOTE: The CT Charts-A-Course training in the Core Areas of Knowledge cannot be used to renew a CDA credential.
