Please bring your conirmation letter from the school. We will then guide you through the following steps: Your individual language needs will be assessed. You will be asked to do a placement test which is designed to assess your level of English. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions about your accommodation, your journey to the school and other matters concerning your stay in London. Our Registrar and Director of Studies are experienced teachers who will ensure that you are placed in the class that is most suitable for your level of English. You will be given a student handbook with essential information regarding your stay in London. We will also invite you to attend a student induction on the second day of your course to give you essential information about the school.

6 MSE Your English school Book a course Please use our online application form to book your course 1 45 Registration fee is payable with every student s irst course booking How to pay Online Payment by credit card allows your booking to be processed immediately. Bank Transfer You will need to scan or send the receipt for your transfer to us, as transfers can take up to a week to clear in our bank account. Credit Card You can either come to the school to pay by credit card or you can fax us your card details. Your booking will be processed instantly. Cash If you are already in the UK or wish to purchase a course on behalf of a friend or relative, you can arrange this by visiting our central London site where one of our office staff can assist you with the booking Cost of books, materials and exams fees are not included in the course price. FOR ALL PRICING SEE SEPARATE PRICE LIST SOUTH BANK ZONE 1 A boutique residence, in a charming Grade 2 listed building, fully remodelled and decorated to a very high standard, offering 23 spacious bedrooms and several studios, all with en-suite or private bathrooms. 9 STUDIO AND SERVICED APARTMENTS ZONE 1 These comfortable, well-maintained studios are situated in Chelsea (South Kensington - zone 1) and are located close to South Kensington Underground station. The studios offer privacy and are suitable for executives, families or independent students. Fully furnished studios, one and two bedroom serviced apartments in Chelsea, All apartments are individually designed and have selfcontained kitchens and en-suite bathrooms The rooms have table and chairs for working and dining The one and two bedroom apartments have spacious living rooms with comfortable sofas and separate dining area. LOCATION Just a 5 minute walk from South Kensington underground station. Minimum stay 4 weeks. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays and Sundays. Bookings, once paid for, cannot be refunded for any reason and there is no refund for postponement, no-show or curtailement of stay, including after arrival. Bookings departing in November and December will not be accepted. From 500 per week SHARED HOUSES AND APARTMENTS ZONE 1 RATHBONE PLACE, W1 Built in the 1800 s and completely renovated and redecorated in 2006, these apartments offer self-catering accommodation in the heart of central London s famous West End. Within walking distance from theatres, restaurants, bars, clubs and department stores, they offer a comfortable lifestyle in a vibrant and convenient location. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated in a modern style with good storage space, comfortable beds, desks, chairs, blinds and plasma screen TVs Fully equipped spacious kitchens with a dining area, are fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board Bed linen and towels are provided Weekly cleaning and linen change. From 215 to 335 per week SHARED HOUSES IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS ZONE 3 The houses are located conveniently near underground stations and offer twin and single room accommodation. The houses have been recently decorated and offer comfortable self-catering accommodation. Contemporary style décor with laminated wood floors Shared living room with Sky TV Garden Modern bathrooms Fully equipped kitchens with washing machine and all major appliances Only common areas of the houses are cleaned every 2 weeks and rooms are cleaned before occupancy Bed linen provided but not towels. Students should launder own bed linen Free WiFi Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum stay 4 weeks. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than four weeks prior to arrival will incur a charge of 4 weeks, plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. A refundable deposit of equivalent to 4 weeks rent apply. Bookings departing in November and December will not be accepted. From 120 to 190 per week PRIVATE HOMESTAY Staying in a private home is a very popular choice. Homes are selected and inspected for their suitability for visiting students. Your hosts may be retired, or they may have children, but you can expect a friendly London home and a good standard of care in a range of locations. You may choose a meal plan that suits you but you are still independent and you are not expected to take part in family life. LOCATION VARIOUS Choice of meal plans: half-board, (breakfast and dinner) bed and breakfast or self-catering basis Standard or superior accommodation available Homes are inspected and reviewed regularly Cleaning and bed linen included in price but students should bring their own towels Laundry service may be available by arrangement Bathroom is usually shared Kitchen facilities may be available by arrangement. 11 JULY Brighton Contemporary culture, pop and rock music are trademarks of Britain. Brighton is seen by many as London Beach during the Summer. Seaside, music and fun, just one hour away from London. When spring blooms, there is no need to go far away to enjoy the stunning English countryside, gardens and buildings. Hampton Royal Palace and Royal Botanic Gardens, both situated in southwest London, are exceptional places to visit. MAY Hampton Court Palace Throughout the year a programme of different activities is organised by the school for our students to do in their free time. These activities are led by our teachers and help you enjoy the culture and entertainment that London has to offer. Wherever possible, our social programme activities are free of charge. These activities help you meet other students and make new friends. They are also a good opportunity to practice the English that you have learnt in class. SEPTEMBER Canterbury and Whitstable coastal resort Experience Canterbury s history and heritage, see its stunning architecture and world famous buildings. Enjoy a day out in Canterbury, UK, and visit the magniicent Canterbury Cathedral. FEBRUARY Stonehenge and Bath Stonehenge is one of the most famous prehistoric monuments in the world and a world heritage site, dating from nearly 5000 years ago. Bath is a beautiful Georgian city with delightful crescents, terraces and architecture. The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey are very important sights to visit and enjoy. Day trip 2015 Programme NOVEMBER Thorpe Park Thorpe Park is a great place to get the adrenaline pumping. With some of Europe s most extreme rides and attractions, and a core audience of 16 to 34 year olds and up-for-it families, this resort is constantly pushing the boundaries.
