7 SIGNUP Signing Up With RewardBet To use RewardBet, you need to create a RewardBet Account. This allows you to use RewardBet with a range of wagering operators, as well as LuxBet. 8 Linking My Luxbet Account? Part 1 The first time you use RewardBet you should link and save your Luxbet account details in your Account Settings. This allows you to easily use your Luxbet account with RewardBet when you bet. 1. Login to your RewardBet account. 2. Click on Account 3. Click on My Betting Accounts Here you can put link and save your LuxBet Username and Password. Click Enable button and Save Details when you are finished.

9 Linking My Luxbet Account? Part 2 After clicking Save Details RewardBet will check that your details are correct and provide a message if everything is OK. We may offer other agencies in the future (DynaBet was used by our Beta Testing group and is still available in RewardBet). If other people have access to your phone or computer then you may prefer not to check remember my details on the RewardBet Account logon screen. 10 Why Only Six Selections Maximum? RewardBet attempts to help the customer win more and have a better time doing it! You ll notice from our Market Gauge that if you choose six selections in most races, you ll end up with a high Market Gauge level. After extensive mathematical analysis we decided that six selections in a race is the maximum number to still allow you to have a chance of winning a reasonable amount from the race. We have plans to allow more than six selections if you ve chosen one or more bankers for 1st. This enhancement will be notified when it is ready - which will allow you to take the field for 3rd in a trifecta.

11 How Can I Use the Market Gauge? TM The exclusive RewardBet Market Gauge is a great guide to when you re selecting too many runners or runners whose market price is too low (small). Remember the traffic light - and green is a Go and red is a Stop. If you have a very high Market Gauge then your opportunity for a large profit is diminished. Making one or more selections bankers for 1st will reduce your market gauge. If the Market Gauge is above about 60% then you may want to consider a higher risk Reward Level such as Platinum or Diamond to increase your expected return and provide more leverage.

12 What Bet Types Are Available? RewardBet currently ONLY provides Win, Quinella, Exacta and Trifecta betting - these were chosen after analyzing the most profitable bet-types to ensure you maximise your opportunities to win! Place betting and each-way bets are not available, however you can leverage your place selections through Quinellas, Exactas and Trifectas. Doubles, Quaddies and First-Fours may be offered in the future. Your WIN bets are automatically placed with LuxDiv or the most similar product offered by LuxBet, if LuxDiv is not available on your race.

13 Can I Use Box And Flexi Betting? The reason that many punters don t win as much as they should is because they take haphazard stakes and bet box and flexi exotics. RewardBet is designed to address this problem and help you win more! We bet every individual combination for the precise amount (to the cent) to ensure you maximise your potential returns. There is no boxing or flexi betting with RewardBet and for good reason! Box and flexi betting is convenient but it is not the professional way to bet. RewardBet bets your selections like a professional, individually placed, to ensure you have the best chance to win.

14 How Are Target Estimates Calculated? The RewardBet target estimates are a sophisticated formula - exclusive to us. The targets are proven to be a very reliable estimate to your expected return however due to the nature of totalizator betting they are only to be used as a guide. The closer the prices used to create your RewardBet are to the final totalizator price (eg, supertab) then the more accurate the estimates will be. Placing your RewardBet close to race start will improve the accuracy of the estimates - however, the estimates are always a great guide to the size of your return relative to your outlay!

15 Are The Targets Guaranteed? Totalizator dividends aren t known until the race is closed, so you can t guarantee or estimate perfectly before the race start. You should always be sensible when you re betting - heeding your total stake and the type of race, eg Greys or Horses. RewardBet s exclusive Pool Size Warning (left) will attempt to guide you when you are betting too much or expecting too much of a return compared to the prevailing totalizator pool. Don t be disappointed if you receive less that the targeted amount. It will happen! However, the vast majority of times, if you re betting close to race-start time, we know you ll be pleasantly surprised!

16 Tips For Using The Targets? - Part 1 If you are betting some time before the race starts, see if there are TAB Fixed Odds prices available in the Price Source when selecting your runners. These will generally be a good guide to the chances of each runner and may return you a more reliable estimate than using the the current totalizator prices. Also choosing Average Tote in your price source will generally provide a more reliable source of totalizator prices. RewardBet uses the runner prices to calculate the target estimates. The more accurate or close to the final market these prices are, the more likely your estimates will correspond to your returns.

17 Tips For Using The Targets? - Part 2 If you are betting close to the race start, then the market and the totalizator prices can move dramatically. A good tip is to select your runners and Reward Level and stop at the final submission screen (step 4). As the race approaches (especially if you are watching the race) you can select the Recalc button and RewardBet will update your estimates based on the most recent market prices automatically! Don t be too obsessed with obtaining the most up-to-date prices as you may miss the race! You ll find that things will even out - sometimes you ll get much more and sometimes less than expected.

18 Tips For Using The Targets? - Part 3 Sometimes your return may be much less or much higher than the estimates. The vast majority of returns will be about the right amount though! If your runners are high priced, if the betting pool is small, or if the prices have moved significantly from when the RewardBet was calculated - this can have an effect on your final dividend. The more favoured your runners and the bigger the betting pools (eg, Saturday metropolitan racing) then generally the more reliable your RewardBet estimates and returns will be.

19 What About Late Scratchings? The effect of Late Scratchings and Abandonments is the same as your current betting - you will receive a refund on all the affected individual bets. Of course, a late scratching - if it is short in the market - will significantly affect your target estimates and you won t be able to rely on the estimates made before a late scratching, since the market and runner prices have changed. Remember that you can always view your full LuxBet balance and bet history on the LuxBet website. The LuxBet record is authoritative and supersedes any records shown via the RewardBet website.

20 What Happens If The Race Closes? RewardBet can place a current maximum of 171 bets in ONE RewardBet! This happens usually very quickly, often in less than a second. However, there s a possibility that LuxBet may close the race before all your bets have been received and actioned by LuxBet. If RewardBet detects this it will show a red screen as displayed showing you what bets were placed. It is important for you to click Show Bet Details to see exactly what bets did and did not get placed. Obviously, the target estimates will be affected if this occurs as not all your bets were placed.

21 Using Bankers In RewardBet? - Part 1 One of the most important tools in RewardBet are the Bankers. Touching a runner a second time to make it a banker for 1st will really increase your opportunity for bigs wins from small outlays. You can have multiple bankers for 1st. Banker selections will reduce the number of individual exotic bets you place, increasing the proportion of your total stake on those banker combinations. Until you are used to using Bankers, we suggest you use the bet preview button to ensure that the combinations that RewardBet will be placing corresponds with what you think you are betting.

22 Using Bankers In RewardBet? - Part 2 RewardBet also allows bankers for 2nd and 3rd. Note that unlike a Banker for 1st - bankers for 2nd/3rd will eliminate ALL OTHER combinations in your exotics except for those which feature your bankers. It can be useful when you think there are only a very few chances in a race and you really want to focus your bets across just those few chances. Always check with Bet Preview to ensure your bets to be placed are the combinations expected. Bankers for 2nd/3rd are just multiple touches on a runner. We are planning on introducing other types of bankers into RewardBet in the near future - we will let you know!

23 How To Set Custom Reward Levels? The Custom Reward Level is available in your RewardBet settings. It allows you to create your very own Reward Level tailored for the way you want to bet! You simply set the percentage of your Total Stake that you want to distribute across the different bet types supported according to the number of selections you ve chosen in a race. Do you just like Trifectas? You can set a custom level so that 100% of your stake is placed on trifectas. This means that only trifecta bets will be placed but bet accurately, rather than flexi box betting.

24 More About Custom Reward Levels? The Custom Reward Levels literally provide millions of possibilities and means that every punter can use RewardBet to win more! For example, if you ve placed win bets already on the race (maybe taking early fixed prices) then you can still use RewardBet by setting up your Custom Level so that there are no win bets placed in the RewardBet. This allows the best of both worlds! Note: Due to the complex calculations used by RewardBet sometimes there may be an extra 1c appear in your bet total - this is nothing to worry about of course! What s a cent between friends?

25 Can I Do Deposits and Withdrawals? RewardBet doesn t handle account deposits and withdrawals as we are not a bookmaker or totalizator company. You can access your LuxBet account via your usual methods in order to do deposits and withdrawals. Your LuxBet account balance is shown on RewardBet for convenience when you are placing bets and there is also a summary betting statement on RewardBet. RewardBet provides a very convenient summary of each of your races in the Summary Statement - highlighting the individual bets that won and providing a total of all your returns on the race!

26 What Other Bookmakers Can I Use? To help you win as much as possible, RewardBet needs to place bets quickly and to the exact cent, as discussed. If a bookmaker or tote wants to use RewardBet they need to alter their IT systems to allow for this. LuxBet has done this and are available to use with RewardBet. 27 Can I Ring An Operator To Bet? Any details relating to your LuxBet account such as registered deposit and banking details must still be done via the LuxBet website. 30 KNOWN ISSUES What Are The Known Issues? Part 1 RewardBet is a new product and is very complex. It has been tested over the last six months but there are likely to be small issues, especially with different screens and smartfones and tablet displays. If the network is very congested (such as a very popular day at the races) then, like all mobile internet fone applications, there could be delays in using RewardBet across the network. If you find a bug or an issue, it would help if you capture a screen shot of it and send the image and details of the problem to support@rewardbet.com and also consult our support site.

31 KNOWN ISSUES What Are The Known Issues? Part 2 The countdown timer on races can sometimes become inaccurate. We are trying to address this so don t rely solely on the countdown time to determine if the race is still open. Some older browsers may not work as intended with RewardBet. If that s the case let us know the details and maybe switch to an alternative browser or device.
