2 INTRODUCTION LEVELS OF TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION TCS - TRAINING COMPETENCES and SKILLS The TCS - TRAINING COMPETENCES and SKILLS is a training/certification system of Professionalism Teacher based on two graded levels: 1) BASIC LEVEL: characterized by the identification, analysis, consideration and evaluation of competencies on TEACHING ACTIONS; 2) ADVANCED LEVEL: characterized by the identification, analysis, consideration and evaluation of competencies on during the teaching. In this dissertation, we will describe the advance level Certification path of TCS - TRAINING COMPETENCES and SKILLS, the TCS. To understand the structure of the two proposed levels of training / certification of TCS - TRAINING COMPETENCES and SKILLS is useful to read the Proposal 3 and Proposal 4 of "University Professionalism Teacher Training" displayed on I.S.P.E.F. 3 STRUCTURE OF THE CERTIFICATION TCS TABLE OF PROCESSES OF THE CERTIFICATION TCS TRAINING COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS The development to certificate the quality of the learning/teaching processes and of teacher's academics results in pedagogy, in training skills and in the educational role about his didactical activities. 1^ STEP DOCUMENTATION OF THE TEACHER'S COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS BASIC DOCUMENTATION TEACHERS' ACTIVITIES DO PROFESSIONAL CURRICULUM Description of certificates, work experiences, work activities and teacher's results during his lifelong professional career. Pedagogical clusters and teaching style: - Questionnaire QuAE A and B Versions - Check list Motivations and teaching skills PARTICULAR DOCUMENTATION WORK PLANS EDUCATIONAL PROJECT DIDACTICAL ORGANIZATION (according to the particular law) Description of teacher's professional activities: -the organizational-managerial plan; -the training proposal and the educational course -practical activities, contents, methodologies and assessment of teaching. These documentation describe goals, processes, results and assessments of the teacher's activities, depending on following variables: TEACHING DIDACTICS LEARNING/TEACHING RELATION Teaching strategies and didactical techniques on three kind of lessons: - Write the Planning - Realization with a video - Assessment and selfassessment Psychological-social relationship and communicative dynamics between teacher and students: - IPI Questionnaire for Teacher and Students DOCUMENTS OF THE TEACHERS' ACTIVITIES I.S.P.E.F. 4 TEACHER'S ACTIVITIES 2^ STEP PROCESS OF ANALYSIS OF THE DOCUMENTATION AND RELATIONSHIP CREATED The 2 ^ step concerns the analysis of documentation and a particular reflection about Teacher's report. Possible lack or documental missing and/or in reports must be corrected before going to step 3. Self-assessment and Reflection about necessary skills/abilities to manage and develop dynamic processes in training of the Teacher Realization of Documentation and 3 Reports about: - TEACHING, - DIDACTICS -LEARNING/TEACHING RELATION developed by the Teacher Send of Documentation and 3 Reports to the Certification Body AUDITOR in Internet Communication The Certification Body designs a Responsible of the Path Assessment who proceeds the documental analysis and the analysis of the 3 Reports outcome from specific documentation, according to Certification TCS - Methodologies Psycho-Pedagogical. NO EXAM FINAL REPORT about - TEACHER'S ABILITIES AND SKILLS - PROBLEMS and PROPOSALS for a BETTER TRAINING and PROFESSIONALISM described by the Teacher and approved by the Responsible of the Assessment Path of the Certification TCS - Methodologies Psycho-Pedagogical. (passed by Qualified Certification Body READING OF DOCUMENTATION Analysis of DOCUMENTATION and REPORTS about the variables: - TEACHING, - DIDACTICS - LEARNING/TEACHING RELATION YES APPLY FOR documentation of the Teacher DO THEY SATISFY THE CERTIF.TCS? The Technical and Scientific Committee analyzes the teacher's Training Course and underlines concordant and non concordant aspects of documentation and reports for the Certification TCS NON POSITIVE Motivations and proposals to change TEACHER'S ACTION TO IMPROVE NEW VERIFICATION AND NEW ASSESSMENT Certification Body Dispecing of the CERTIFICATION TCS to the Teacher CERTIFICATION BODY CERTIFICATION TCS I.S.P.E.F. 6 RESPONSIBLE OF THE CERTIFICATION TCS METODHOLOGIES PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL I.S.P.E.F. Institute of Psychological Sciences for Educational Training and Research the Body who created and manage the Certification Standard TCS - TRAINING COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS -.. The Certification Body guaranteed by I.S.P.E.F. is the responsible Body of the Certification path realized, of the approval of the Certification TCS - TRAINING COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS - and of the emission of the Certificate. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSESSMENT PATH CERTIFICATION TCS METODHOLOGIES PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL 1) Teachers with 3 years of professional career at least, or 3 years of experience in Training Sector (with documentation). 2) Teacher's Curriculum that shows the participation in managerial functions and/or in coordination in University and in projects for the improvement of the training service, with candidate s signature. 3) Declaration of the Director University about Teacher's motivation and availability in the training course. 4) Admission request, with authorization to process personal data of the candidate (privacy). 5) Academics Documents of training and professionals experiences gained. Teachers who, in the last three years, have achieved the Certificate of Qualification Course " TRAINING COMPETENCES and SKILLS PSYCHO- PEDAGOGICAL METHODOLOGIES" can go directly to Step 3 of the "Certification TCS - Psycho-Pedagogical Methodologies", explained above. European Center of Education and the University where the Training Course is realized, are the responsible of Training and Teacher's Stage, and are the comanagers for the supervising and the assessment of teacher's documentation to obtain the Certification TCS Training Competences and Skills - METHODOLOGIES PSYCHO- PEDAGOGICAL. The summary of the training course that the teacher must realize to obtain the Certificate of the Certification TCS METHODOLOGIES PSYCHO- PEDAGOGICAL is described in the following table: I.S.P.E.F. 9 European Center of Education Certification TCS TRAINING COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS CERTIFICATE CERTIFICATION TCS The assessment of the final report will be done by a Technical-Scientific Assessment Committee of the guaranteed Certification Body where the Certification Path takes place. The result of the assessment will be sent to the Director of the Certification Body, that will give the final result of the Certification path. The Certificate CERTIFICATION TCS Will be emitted by the Certification Body. TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE CERTIFICATE CERTIFICATION TCS The Certificate of Certification TCS METHODOLOGIES PSYCHO- PEDAGOGICAL is internationally valid and recognized as an acknowledgement of Teacher's skills and abilities. For Universities that have signed an accord with I.S.P.E.F. and/or E.C.E. the certificate Certification TCS - can also be valid as: - Postgraduate Course - University Course (valid for 12 University Training Credits, that is 300 hours of Training) as Master of Specialization.
