1 ECO (Efficient and Cleaner Operations) Stars Fleet Recognition Scheme Membership Application Form Introduction This form is to be completed by all organisations seeking membership of the ECO (Efficient and Cleaner Operations) Stars Fleet Recognition Scheme. Before completing the form, applicants are advised to read the accompanying Guidance Notes for Applicants document, which explains the background to the Scheme and the criteria for each of the Star ratings for both vehicles and whole operations. Please answer all questions as fully as possible, providing detailed information about your vehicle fleet and other key aspects of your operation, to allow accurate star ratings to be awarded at both vehicle and whole operation levels. ECO Stars is a recognition Scheme built firmly on the principle of trust. It rewards commitment to improving operational efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and reducing environmental impact all helping to improve local air quality, maximise carbon savings and tackle climate change. As the Scheme is built on trust, it is essential that all applicants answer each section within this form as accurately and completely as possible.
