In 1991, Keith bought Vanbots, a medium-sized contractor and from then until 2008 he grew the company into one of Canada s largest firms and expanded its operations to include the USA, UK, UAE and Bermuda with a strong portfolio of mixed institutional, industrial, resort and commercial work. Keith has been the past Chairman of the Toronto Construction Association and is the recipient of many industry awards in Canada among which is the highest award for ethics. Marcus Gillam, President, Gillam Group Inc. Marcus is the president of Gillam Group Inc., a Toronto-based company that specializes in medium-sized projects in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors delivering about $150 million in construction contracts. Marcus developed a foundation in the industry at Vanbots Construction. His experience encompasses leadership roles on many projects in the ICI sector, with some over $400 million, under delivery models such as general contracting, construction management, design/build and DBFM. Tim is a retired Partner at Deloitte & Touche with 35 years of private client experience. Tim is now the President of Lifecycle Planning Inc. His practice areas include private client service and cash flow planning for owner managed businesses, financial advisor and developer of the Lifecycle Wealth Plan for business owners. Tim is current Chair of the Stratford Chef s School Finance Committee. He also has been a featured guest lecturer to Local Business Associations across Ontario. Edmund Chien, Advisor, Sunlife Financial Edmund Chien is a wealth and insurance advisor with Sun Life Financial. Aside from 12 years experience advising small to medium size enterprises (SME) in the areas of finance, Edmund has worked directly in construction as a project manager, clerk of works, director of sales, and is a trained rigger.
