5 YOUR EASE-OF-MIND Maintenance and Repair This offer contents operations related to machines maintenance recommendations, as specified into the Maintenance Book. It enables you to : Keep optimal performance of your machines Optimise machines utilisation rate Parts, labour and travel costs included. Planning of interventions detailed into the Haulotte Maintenance Book. Control and lubrication operations, replacement of filters, pads etc. Warranty extensions Warranty extension is a complementary offer that is added to OEM warranty. It enables you to : Control your repair budget Protect your investment from any added cost Make your equipment more valuable Simplify your procedures whenever breakdowns occur Freely extend the covering period of your warranty (until 5 years) Parts, labour and travel costs included. Subject to using OEM recommended parts and components. Exclusions : Tyres, batteries, fuses, windscreen wipers, bucket teeth... AWP truck loader, any breakdown related to misuse This contract is applicable on recent machines, sold new by Haulotte. The application of this type of contract to second hand machines needs a prior and billable expertise, followed by a potential upgrade. Full Services This offer is the combination of maintenance contracts and warranty extension contracts, to a preferred listprice. Periodic Inspections This offer, available as an option in our services contracts, enables yout to: Strictly respect your regulatory obligations Free yourself from planification tasks by giving them to Haulotte Services.

Replacement of hydraulic filter(s) 2. Replacement of air filter(s) 3. Check levels 4. Check battery voltage* 5. Check main indicators operation (hour recorder, indicators...) 6. Check main safety devices operation 7. Visually check mechanical parts 8. Check wheel nut torque 9. Check chain tension 10. Check tyre s condition, use and pression 11. Dynamic test of the vehicle 12. Update of the Maintenance Book (Intervention log section) 13. Check and reset alarms counters with Haulotte Diagpad* * Depending on machines
