4 Admission Requirements: UW-Eau Claire Need official transcripts from all educational institutions attended, including High School Need to send UWEC application fee (separate from Nursing application and fee)

5 Nursing Admission Requirements: NLN accredited ADN program Wisconsin R.N. Admitted to UWEC 30+ transfer credits with 2.5+ overall GPA 3 of 5 required sciences GPA Completed admission packet before Oct 1 OR March 1: (BSN@HOME/CNP) 1) Admission Sheet 2) Demographic formonline 3) Application Fee 4) Official transcript from Associate Degree 5) Evidence of WI RN licensure
