The control is based either on time and day of the week (programmed by the user) or by the status of the manual override switches. The liquid crystal display indicates time (hours, minutes, and seconds), day of the week, and the status of the output circuits. The display is also used for programming, editing, and listing of stored programs. The 24 Volts AC DC power can be supplied by the master clock or by a separate transformer. IRIG-B/AFNOR TBT permits simplified wiring and avoids 240 Volts AC cabling. Sync wired for 240 Volts AC analogue/digital clocks Provide a 240 Volts AC supply to master clock on dedicated circuit. Cable from Master Clock to synchronous wired slave clocks shall be 1 x 3-core plus earth 2.5mm 2 TPS/TPI terminating in a Clipsal 408/4 recessed clock outlet. Wiring shall loop in loop out from clock point to clock point IRIG-B/AFNOR Booster Impulse Impulse 59th correction The IRIG-B/AFNOR Booster is designed to be used in conjunction with the Simplex range of IRIG-B/AFNOR master clock systems, typically for distribution of the master clock correction signal from building to building or from level to level. This booster will also be required if your clock system exceeds 50 clocks or if you are running extended lengths of cable. Cable from master clock to Impulse slave clocks shall be 2 x 2.5 mm 2 TPS/TIP terminating in a Clipsal 408/3A recessed clock outlet. Wiring shall loop in loop out from clock point to clock point Sync Network Power over Ethernet (PoE) The master clock system shall utilise a Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure to access accurate Network Time Protocol (NTP) via local PoE enable network switch. Power to the clock shall be supplied over Cat-5 cabling using IEEE802.3af Power over Ethernet standard. The clock shall not require any battery or local power supply. Every clock is to be wired back to the local PoE enable network switch with Cat-5 cabling. Clock shall have its own Internet Protocol (IP) address and can be monitored or configured by a single computer terminal over DHCP/Telnet session on the network. The 2811 Series receivers and relays are designed to be used in conjunction with the Simplex range of synchronous wired master clock systems, typically for distribution of the master clock correction signal from building to building or from level to level. The receiver receives the 30 volt AC correction signal from the transmitter and re-establishes the signal to the required voltage and current to drive and correct up to 50 Simplex synchronous wired slave clocks. The cabling from the receiver relay to the slave clock should consist of 3 x 2.5 mm2 TPS/TPI plus earth and be terminated at each clock with a Clipsal 408/4 recessed clock outlet. 12 6311 Series Applications Simplex model 6311 interval timers are for use in hospital delivery rooms, operating rooms, laboratories, schools, industrial applications, and wherever manual process timing is required. Operation Manual operation from a timer control is started by switch activation (START) which is indicated by the red timer-on LED. If the timing sequence must be stopped, the STOP position will instantly stop the hands without coasting due to a dead-stop motor control feature.
