4 ICOLIM 2017 WELCOME INVITED SPEAKERS MESSAGE 4 Louis DEVATINE President of Live Working Association (LWA) France Welcome to the 12th edition of the ICOLIM exhibition dedicated to Live Work. This three-year event has become a must as more and more TSOs and DSOs worldwide are using this technique. The advantages of the essential flexibility of carrying out maintenance work without interruption to the operation of electrical networks go without saying. Live Work is a technique that has been widely tested for several decades. It is based on reliable techniques, tight organization, proven working methods and the professionalism of the operators ensuring maximum safety. There have been many advances in both techniques and tools. These testify to the vigor of Live Work. The many achievements around the world demonstrate the ingenuity of the teams developing audacious operating procedures ensuring maintenance work without annoyance to customers using the electricity network. The ICOLIM conference created 25 years ago, is an opportunity for all actors in this field to meet, exchange and share techniques used, latest developments, training, regulations and security, among other aspects, all of which are important themes contributing to the development of this technique. A demonstration day traditionally ends this event where some examples of work done by different TSOs and DSOs are shown. This year, Innovation and New Technology is underlined to show that Live Work remains a cutting-edge technique in constant change. Président de l Association européenne des travaux sous tension (Live Working Association) France Bienvenue à la 12 ème édition du salon ICOLIM consacrée aux travaux sous tension. Ce rendez-vous trisannuel est devenu incontournable alors que de plus en plus de GRT et de GRD dans le monde utilisent cette technique. L intérêt des travaux sous tension n est plus à démontrer tant il permet une souplesse indispensable dans l exploitation des réseaux électriques pour la réalisation de travaux de maintenance sans coupure. Les travaux sous tension sont une technique largement éprouvée depuis plusieurs dizaines d années. Elle s appuie sur des techniques sûres, une organisation rigoureuse, des méthodes de travail qui ont fait leurs preuves ainsi que le professionnalisme des opérateurs qui garantit une sécurité maximale. Les progrès dans les techniques et les outils sont nombreux et témoignent de la vivacité de cette activité. Les nombreuses réalisations à travers le monde montrent toute l ingéniosité des équipes qui mettent au point des modes opératoires audacieux pour assurer la réalisation des travaux de maintenance sans gêne pour les clients utilisateurs du réseau électrique. Le salon ICOLIM, créé il y a maintenant 25 ans, est l occasion pour l ensemble des acteurs de ce domaine de se retrouver et d échanger, de partager autour de différents thèmes parmi lesquels les techniques utilisées, les modes opératoires, les derniers développements, la formation, la réglementation, la sécurité etc. Autant de thèmes importants qui concourent au développement de cette technique. Une journée de démonstration vient traditionnellement clôturer cet événement en montrant quelques exemples de travaux réalisés par différents GRT et GRD. Cette année, le thème de l innovation et des nouvelles techniques est particulièrement mis en avant pour montrer que les travaux sous tension restent une technique d avant-garde en perpétuelle mutation.
