7 adler DSX I The next Generation The highprecision fertiliser spreading Digital technology makes a complete overlap possible > RABE has used the rotating test stand for the development of its products and has thereby secured the lead in the field of high-precision spreading technology. > The digital processing of spreading patterns with 3D technology has enabled RABE to spatially illustrate the accuracy of distribution of the fertiliser and thereby optimise the spreading system of the ADLER DSX. 12 adler xt I The accurate large area spreader The ADLER XT is the ultimate solution for all kinds of fertilisation. The two standard versions can be tailored to every use with the additional equipment; very simple re-setting from granular fertiliser to lime. Centrifugal spreading system for granular fertiliser Benefits: spreading width is adjustable from 12 to 44 m; application rate: l/ha (based on 24 m). Thanks to the epsilon-shaped vanes, each vane generates a double spread fan, so that the work of two vanes results in a fourfold overlap and thus an extremely high accuracy. Flawless transverse distribution, even with unfavourable fertilisers. Very gentle treatment of the granule. Very accurate TRIBORD border spreading device. Centrifugal spreading system for moist lime and dry compost Benefits: up to 3 t/ha (over 12 m) with drive by angular gearbox; or up to 5 t/ha with belt drive or hydraulic drive. The 700 mm discs are made of steel and are fitted with 5 vanes which are able to withstand extreme shock loads. Re-setting from lime to granule can be done in 5 minutes without tools (not with belt drive)! The drive systems have to be adapted to the following spreading materials: Mechanical (gearbox) as standard for granular fertilizer and lime. Belt drive: for moist lime and organic materials.
