For a number of different facets of digital citizenship, there is an identified objective and an interactive lesson. Most of the lessons revolve around a YouTube video but have accompanying information and follow up. This is a powerpoint presentation that could be used in classroom as a springboard for discussion with Ontario content. It serves to identify/define digital citizenship. It would be good in a civics class. Etiquette & Literacy Media Smarts This is a broad site but can search for specific lesson plans about all types of digital citizenship. This is Canadian

You can download lessons and esources including educational games and e tutorials. There are a number of videos here about "how to teach digital citizenship"; videos on sexting, cyberbullying, critical thinking etc. Each video is between 5 10 minutes long and there are follow up questions for discussion. This is aimed at students from grade. This has a series of presentations about varying aspects of digital citizenship relating specifically to protecting privacy. It is geared to a junior class but touches briefly on cyberbullying, sexting etc. It is American content but a good discussion starter. Etiquette CommonSense Education ate teachers This website has specific lessons geared to grades. Topics include safety and privacy, appropriate behaviour and cyberbullying. Each lesson includes resources, activities and assessment activities. There are accommodations included for differentiation.
