P2P SCM O2C F2R PM HCM GRC IT Most used fields in Every Angle 24 FIELDS YOU REALLY NEED IN YOUR SAP SYSTEM 01 Execution Status 02 Order Status - Sales 03 Order Status - Purchase 04 Invoice Receipt Status 05 Service Level Dependant Sales Orders (multi-level) 08 Dependant Orders (single level) 09 Bottleneck Type 10 Material Value Of Stocks 11 Material Value Unallocated 12 Demand Stock Ratio 13 Stock Shortage Value 14 Stock Excess Value 15 MRP Relevant 16 Logistics Behaviour 17 Order Due Date 18 Expected Delivery Date 19 Stock Run Out Date 20 Output Allocation % 21 Input Allocation % 22 Order Type Dependant Orders 23 Order Type Delivering Orders 24 Delivering Orders

Progress Reporting What s the current status of the order? Understanding what status an order is at in SAP is actually pretty complex, regardless of whether that is a production order, purchase order or sales order. Items may be partially delivered, delivered, partially confirmed, blocked, returned, picked, cancelled, etc. Understanding exactly where an order is in the business process at any point in time is actually something that usually requires significant programming and knowledge of the SAP system. Every Angle makes it easy by working out the complicated logic for you, reading the document flow to find out exactly where you are with that item! Being able to understand exactly where a particular item is on an order, allows you to produce analytics and reports that only show orders at a certain state, such as the ability to easily select and analyze only those orders that are open, or report on cancelled etc Execution Status Is this item (purchase / production / transport / sales order / billing document, Invoice) open, partially open, closed or cancelled? This enables users to filter and sort based on the status - i.e. show me only open orders, show me all items blocked for delivery etc. The field is available at header, line and schedule-line level. Order Status - Sales What s the latest status with this sales order? This field allows the user to track the status of the sales document / schedule line through every single step in the demand fulfilment process from capture all the way through to goods issue, including picking, rejection and delivery blocks. Order Status - Purchase What s going on with this purchase order? Tracks the status of the purchase item through every possible step in the process - from original request all the way through to goods receipt and putaway, including interplant deliveries. 04 Invoice Receipt Status Have we received an invoice from our supplier and paid it yet? This status indicates if an invoice receipt has taken place, for which quantity and if an invoice is still expected.

Supply Chain Reliability Is delivery going to arrive on time? If not, why not? The delivery reliability fields in Every Angle are a great piece of added intelligence. In combination with the Execution status, these fields enable users to create analysis on the reliability of the supply chain, such as highlighting all open orders that are late, or better still ones that are expected to be late if nothing is done to change the situation. With the addition of the bottleneck type, you can also see the reason for the delay, prompting action before the customer is impacted, and directing that action to the root cause of the issue Service Level What percentage of orders are arriving at the date the customer wanted? The Service Level field highlights whether the order was delivered on time, compared to the requested delivery date. It displays up to what degree the wishes of the receiving party have been met. If the order is open, the service level field will identify whether it will be delivered late against the requested date. When is this order likely to be delivered? Delivery reliability determines whether or not an order is or will be delivered late. It has the following possible characteristics when the order is still open (i.e. undelivered). Dependant Sales Orders (multi-level) What sales orders items are waiting for this item to arrive? Every Angle links delivering orders to consuming orders over the supply chain, gaining insight into possible future problems with sales orders. This property displays the worst delivery reliability of all sales orders that depend on this delivering order, both directly and indirectly Dependant Orders (single level) Are any production sales orders waiting on this item to arrive, and are they late? Determines whether a late supplying item causes any issues with a dependant order (i.e. will a late PO delay a WO, SO or shipment to another plant?) Bottleneck Type Why can t an order due date be met? What is causing the issue? This field uses advanced cross-process intelligence to determine the root cause of any delay (i.e. a bottleneck ) in supply. Bottlenecks: Planning shortage, Planning timing, Delay in the work order, Delay in the inter-company order, Delay caused by the supplier, Delay in distribution, Delay in order release.

Inventory Management Do we have the right level of stock? Managing cash flow is a tricky business, and one of the biggest areas where you can make a positive impact on cash flow is by ensuring that you are not holding more stock than is required. Every Angle allows users to identify the value of any excess inventory, and also any areas where there are insufficient levels of stock. It also highlights the number of times inventory turns, so the warehouse can see which products are being properly managed, and where are we holding inventory for too long, and should perhaps look to change its replenishment strategy Material Value Of Stocks The value of the actual stocks per material. Material Value Unallocated How much is too high inventory costing us? Indicates value of the current stock that has no specific destination. Can be calculated in money, quantity or days of demand coverage. Demand Stock Ratio How many times do we turn this product per year? Projected inventory turns - how many times will stock of this item be used in the next 12 months, based on historical demand Stock Shortage Value What is the value of inventory we are short by? The material value of the current stock shortage quantity, taking into account the open order situation, safety stock and reorder point settings. Stock Excess Value How much cash is tied up in excess inventory? This property shows the value of stock that cannot be linked to consuming orders such as sales orders, independent requirements and reservations within a certain time horizon, but also not to safety stock and the statistically expected demand calculated by the system.

Demand And Supply Planning Is our demand and supply in balance? Balancing supply and demand is the core activity of the supply chain. Too much supply, and you end up with full warehouses, wasted cash and obsolete stock. Too little and the supply chain stutters, product doesn t get made on time and the customer is failed. Every Angle brings real intelligence to this area, aligning supply and demand in a way that cannot be done with other tools - including SAP itself. It is able to show critical information such as whether demand can be fully satisfied given the existing supply plan, or whether purchases are needed or are simply building stock of items with no demand MRP Relevant Is this item relevant for planning? This shows whether this document is relevant for the planning run - i.e. MRP relevant / expected to result in a goods movement. Logistics Behaviour Is this a supplying or delivering order or both? Indicates whether the order consumes inventory, delivers inventory or moves it between plants. Order Due Date What date is this order planned for? The date that the order is planned to be delivered - all types (purchase / works / PR / forecast / sales) Expected Delivery Date What date will this order probably be finished? The date that the order probably finished, taking into account the actual bottlenecks detected in the relevant part of the supply chain and the results of input-output balancing. Stock Run Out Date When we will run out of stock of this item? When does the current planned stock availability fail to cover requirements? What date do the current stock and planned goods receipts get completely consumed? Output Allocation % Is there demand waiting for this supply to arrive? This field shows what percentage of the delivering order (i.e. purchase or production order) is necessary to cover the requirements of the linked dependant orders? 0% = no waiting demand. 100% = fully consumed.

Input Allocation % What percentage of this item can be supplied? Percentage of the open quantity of an order (planned to be issued) that is covered by delivering orders. If input allocation % < 100 then there is a shortage. Order Type Dependant Orders Want type of order is waiting for this supply item? This determines what type of requirement this delivering order is fulfilling. Order Type Delivering Orders What type of supply is being used to fulfil this order? This field determines how the sales order is being satisfied by identifying the order type of the delivering order. If there are multiple delivering orders of different types, this determines the worst (i.e. if it can be partially fulfilled by stock, by a Work Order and the remaining by a PO, it will show the PO as this has the longest lead time). 24 Delivering Orders What is the status of purchase orders or work orders needed to fulfil this order? This field determines how the sales order is being satisfied by identifying the delivery reliability of the delivering order. Is it already overdue or critical? Helps user to find out more details of the detected bottleneck. Cross-process self-service analytics for SAP Every Angle s self-service, cross-process analytical capability empowers organizations with new levels of actionable insight - enabling them to know more and act faster. Every Angle provides real understanding of what is actually going on across the business (and why), enabling people to act early enough to control performance and drive significant financial improvements.
