2 MURDER ANALYSIS VICTIMS - The City of Philadelphia experienced an increase in murders for the first time since -. There was one () more murder victim in as compared to 9. There were eighteen children murdered in. There has been eighty () children, ages newborn to seventeen () years of age, that have been murdered in Philadelphia during the past four () years.
