2 Keynote Speakers Include: Olga Phoenix Rachel Ebeling from the Angel Band Project Olga Phoenix Olga Phoenix is a professional speaker, trainer, and an advocate. She is a founder and president of Olga Phoenix Project: Healing for Social Change, an organization dedicated to fostering wellness, self-care, and empowerment among trauma survivors and trauma professionals. She is also a Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center Expert Consultant and Trainer on trauma-informed services to underserved populations and vicarious trauma prevention. Olga worked on various interpersonal violence prevention projects with the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Futures Without Violence, Legal Momentum, Workplace Response to Domestic and Sexual Violence, South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape. Olga Phoenix graduated with a Masters of Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from the University of South Florida, Masters of Arts in Women s Studies from Florida Atlantic University, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Women s Spirituality and Healing from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Rachel Ebeling Co-founder and Executive Director of The Angel Band Project and lifelong lover of music, Rachel has been breathing fire into The Angel Band Project since its inception back in 2009.

Rachel draws on her background in project management, marketing and the media in her role as executive director.

3 Rachel Ebeling Co-founder and Executive Director of The Angel Band Project and lifelong lover of music, Rachel has been breathing fire into The Angel Band Project since its inception back in Rachel is responsible for day-to-day operations of the organization with a focus on growing The Angel Band Project into a meaningful force for healing and social change. Rachel draws on her background in project management, marketing and the media in her role as executive director. She is committed to breaking the silence that surrounds the issue of sexual violence while creating a space for survivors to find healing and support in the aftermath of sexual violence. Traveling the country, she shares her story of finding hope, healing, and resiliency after losing a dear friend to an unthinkable act of violence. Rachel received a bachelor s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in She spent numerous years at Maritz Travel Company in Communications and Marketing. She and her family live in St. Louis, and since the fall of 2009 she has been committed to advocacy and activism on the issue of sexual violence on a full-time basis. Kristin Tucker Kristin Tucker is the Senior Program Manager & Coordinator of the National Training and Technical Assistance Program at the Northwest Network of Bisexual, Trans, Lesbian and Gay Survivors of Abuse, where she has worked supporting LGBTQ survivors of abuse since Founded in 1987 by lesbian survivors of domestic violence, the Northwest Network is considered a national leader in the field of violence and abuse in the LGBTQ communities. Kristin brings over 15 years of experience as a community organizer, advocate and educator in areas as diverse as domestic & sexual violence, LGBTQ issues, chemical dependency and racial and economic justice to her current role at the Northwest Network, where she provides support, training and technical assistance to mainstream domestic & sexual violence service providers across the US. In addition to her work as a national trainer, Kristin also brings over ten years of experience supporting staff in doing intensive advocacy work with survivors of trauma and violence. Page 3 of 5
