1 EDUCATIONAL APPROVAL BOARD ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS REPORT September 7 through December 4, 2012 This report describes the activities that EAB staff performed in response to the board s oversight role under s.38.50, Wis. Stats. SCHOOL ACTIONS A. New School Approval: Carrington College California (Online), Sacramento, CA - The school s mission is to provide learning opportunities to individuals in the communities it serves through postsecondary programs of study, which include general studies and professional preparation in career-focused majors. Colorado Technical University (Online), Colorado Springs, CO The school s mission is to provide career-oriented education by teaching applied real-world, industry programs in selected areas, serving the needs of students for employment and career advancement and the industry s needs for highly qualified professionals at the associate's, bachelor's, master's and doctorate levels.
