If a course does not use ebooks, the student remains responsible for purchasing the required text and materials. 4 Non-refundable, except in Arizona. In the state of Arizona, the application fee is refundable if the application is canceled within three business days of the applicant signing the Enrollment Agreement. 5 Students enrolled in no greater than one credit each term are exempt from the Student Activity Fee. 6 Students enrolled in no greater than one credit each term are exempt from the Student Activity Fee. 7 Graduation/End of Program Processing Fee is assessed to all degree seeking students upon completion of their program of study and prior to the receipt of a diploma. 8 An Express Transcript Fee is charged for transcripts requested to be sent via an overnight carrier.
