8 ADDITIONAL NOTES In addition to charges shown above, BVU will bill a retail fuel adjustment factor based on the TVA wholesale fuel adjustment factor, adjusted for losses, beginning with all billings after December 31, These are abbreviated versions of the electric rate schedules; please refer to the complete rate schedule for details and conditions of service. All rates and services are subject to the currently effective Rules and Regulations of BVU Authority.
