1 Here are few guidelines to be followed by the students: 1. Student should know their batch code & enrollment no. which will facilitate them to know their time table. Current week & next week time table is put on the notice board which every student should note before going home. E.g. Faculty code & time are also mentioned in this time table. First letter of the faculty code indicates subject. Second & third letter are the initials of the faculty. Student has to see the room no. on the Time Table. If there is any change in the timings/day of classes, then it will be informed to the Student. Calls regarding time table queries will not be entertained as it may lead to miscommunication and a loss for the student. One may even refer to 2. Students should give their parent s updated phone number and ID to the Academic Operations Deptt. in case of any change in their previous number, so as not to miss not on any communication. 3. Each academic year is divided into 4 phases. Study material will be provided on the commencement of the Phase. After completion of each phase, phase test is conducted, which is mandatory. Phase test result normally comes within 15 days of the test. Result will be put on the notice board & will be ed to the parents.

In objective paper, OMR Sheet is provided. Students have to do proper bubbling & darkening with HB pencil. They have to mention their enrollment no. & question paper code correctly. In case of incorrect entry, the OMRs cannot be evaluated and the result cannot be published. Phase test is either conducted at FIITJEE Centre or Kasturba Sikhyashram (Test Centre). 5 6. Students are required to maintain proper discipline and are required to come in decent attire inside the FIITJEE campus. 7. Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited inside the classroom/corridor. 8. Students are not allowed to move out of the campus during the break therefore they are advice to bring eatables from their home. 9. Students are required to attend each & every class. In case they need to go early, they have to give an application to the Academic Operations duly signed by the Parents and parents need to talk to the AO Department. 10. Scholarship students have to maintain a minimum of 90% of attendance, for their scholarship to be processed. 11. A batch is allotted to the students for the whole program and is non-changeable/shiftable on request. 12. Students can collect the number of their respective faculties, so if the student has any doubt they can call the concerned faculty and can come for the doubt clearing. It is advised to clear the doubts as soon as the possible to help understand the next classes/topics. 13. Question Paper will not be provided the students, who miss the Phase Test, AIiTS & other Mock Tests. 14. Parents are highly advised to discuss their ward s performance with teachers and also to participate in PTMs. 15.
