Program of the Canadian Francophone Scholarship Program (CFSP): Scholarships for studies of the 3rd cycle for candidates in possession of employment. Bursaries at the University of Montreal (BUdeM): Scholarships exemption for the third cycle studies at the University, the Polytechnic School and Montreal HEC.

23 Morocco, hosting land by excellence for African students Morocco is ranked in 7th position among the top 10 countries receiving the most African students; Morocco receives about 4,000 new students per year; Students from Africa are Moroccan Government scholars at 95% 20% of the African students in Morocco pursuing a 3rd cycle; 37% of them are studying in institutions regulated access (Medicine and Pharmacy, Dental Medicine, Science and Technology, Engineering Sciences, Business and Management, Technology, and Translation).

33 Since 2000, much progress has been made of:: A fully completed educational reform; Reinforced autonomy of universities; Contractualisation Government University operationalized. Other priority projects are identified, including : Management of increasing enrollments of students, which requires special attention in terms of expansion and diversification of the university; The continuous adaptation of supply to demand academic and social needs todevelopment and scientific research Strengthening the autonomy of the university (human resource management, status of personnel, financial resources...) The further integration of our universities in their regional environment, continental and international levels, with the need to be more open to the experience and expertise of the recent competitive university centers.
