3 Dohrect Enject System for Liquid Concentrate { be DE-1000 FM-1000 DE-1000 U.S. Patent NO. 6,443,369 Canada Patent NO. 2,411,690 Introduced in 2001, this is the original Low Volume, Long Distance Applicator designed for applying inoculants in a liquid concentrate form and is also the only inoculant system with an insulated tank. This unit was designed for use on Self Propelled Forage Harvesters and may also used on Pull-Type Forage Harvesters with our CM-2 Chopper Mount. This unit reads in Tons per Minute (100 ton per gallon rate) on one side and ounces per minute on the other. Simply float the calibration ball to your desired application rate and calibration is complete. Mounting is done with a swivel bracket that can be mounted to a flat surface or can be mounted to a railing using the included U-Bolt. The AM-1 series Augra Meters are 12 volt systems available in 5 different flow ranges. For self-propelled forage harvesters the AM-1BK (on this page) is recommended. For round or large square balers, both the AM-1BK (on this page) and AM-1BKD (on page 7) are recommended. AM-1BK Blower Kit (As shown displayed on Augra Meter) The AM-1BK is designed to work with any 12 volt Augra Meter. 7 AM-1BKD Blower Kit Diffuser The AM-1BKD is an attachment for the AM-1BK. With the Blower Kit, this improved diffuser creates a wider and more consistant spray pattern than previous methods. AM-1BKD DE-5 Gravity Applicator The DE-5 can be used with dry granular or liquid preservatives. 8 Mounting kits LS-1 Mounting Kit The LS-1 Mounting Kit is designed for mounting the DE-55 or DE-100 Applicators on large square balers. This kit allows the applicator tank and frame to be mounted over the bale chute. Our mounting kit includes an easy to mount pump unit bracket, easy to mount nozzle plate (LS-1/NP) and upgrades of the in-line gauge from a 2 1/2 to a 4 liquid filled gauge (ILG-4), making it easy to read from the cab. Also included are longer lengths of hose and power cord needed for proper installation. LS-1 Mounting Bracket ILG-4 LS-1/NP JDRD Mounting Kit JDRD Mounting Brackets The JDRD is a mounting kit designed for mounting our DE-25 Applicator on John Deere Round Balers. This mounting kit may be adapted to be used for other round balers as well. The JDRD also includes two of our easy to mount #184 Round Baler Nozzle Brackets with U-Bolts for easier nozzle installation on round balers. NOTE: #184 Round Baler Nozzle Brackets are recommended for use with most makes of round balers. 9 Moisture testers FX-2000 Series Moisture Testers The FX-2000 Series moisture testers from Delmhorst include an in-chamber moisture sensor to provide you with on-the-go readings. These units take 2 readings every second and update the readings every 4 seconds when attached to the in-chamber tester. They display the average and highest of eight accumulated readings on a backlit display. Measures moisture between 6% - 40%. 10 Flow meters DigiFlow Digital Flowmeter Designed with the custom operator in mind, the DigiFlow is a digital flowmeter that includes a digital console with easy to read backlit display to mount in the cab. NOTE: NOT for use with water soluble bacterial products. In cab console Provides Flow Rate in Gallons, Liters or Pounds Per Hour Required Flow Rate: GPH ( LPH) Total Flow Reading (resettable) Provides total flow since last reset. Great for billing out product! DigiFlow Digital Flowmeter Easy-Cal System Allows user to calibrate system for their specific product regardless of density or viscosity Accurate calibration, assures proper product application/billing Ball Type Flowmeter Assemblies 3 Ranges Available: FL1-12: 2-12 GPH FL1-40: 4-40 GPH FL1-100: GPH FL1- Flowmeter Assembly with Hose The FL Series Flowmeters are ball type flowmeters. These flowmeters are available in 3 different ranges and can be purchased as a complete assembly or as a replacement of existing ball type flowmeters. All of the flowmeter assemblies come complete with a mounting bracket, 20 of 3/8 braided hose, fittings and hose clamps. These flowmeters show the current application rate in gallons per hour. NOTE: The FL Series Flowmeters do not have a total flow reading (see the DigiFlow above for this and other features). 10 (320)

11 Controls SP-1 Speed Control The SP-1 control module has an on-off switch with an LED on indicator with a dial that controls the speed of the pump. It will allow the operator to control the pressure and spray volume from the cab or away from the pump unit where required. Our SP-1 includes reverse polarity protection, a 10 amp resettable circuit breaker and swivel mounting kit. This unit works great on all 12 volt Ag-Serv Applicators. (Not for use with DE-1000) SP-1s Speed Control Similar to the SP-1 but includes a separate auxillary on/off switch for an additional accessory. Speed Control Digital Timers DT-1a 110 Volt Digital Timer This timer comes in a weather/dust resistant box and have standards extension cord plugs; this allows the timer to be mounted anywhere between the power source and the applicator using extension cords. DT-1a Volt Digital Timer This timer operates on a 12 volt system. DT-1a Timer MT-1 Timer The MT-1 Timer is a manual wind-up spring timer. This unit can be set for a run time of up to 10 minutes and may be used on any 12 volt applicator. MT-1 Timer 11
