Specifically, this includes the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers, resorts, membership clubs, conventions, attractions, special events, and other services for travelers and tourists. But, what does that mean to us?? The responsibility and privilege to treat customers with respect and genuinely make them happy. It is also a way to show your enthusiasm and passion in what you do.
