5 Detox VS Cleansing VS Fasting? A detox and a cleanse are just different words for doing the same thing. Fasting is a way of detoxing/cleansing the body but the process is not the same.

6 Detox VS Cleansing VS Fasting? Fasting gives the body nothing with the idea that this will force out the toxins. Detoxing feeds the body with the ingredients to cleanse itself.
