14 Rules for constructng the unversty budget snce 2000, transparent methodology has been mplemented wth only a few correctons so far the methodology ncludes all the ndcators used by the mnstry autonomous budgets of facultes, based on calculatng frst ther contrbuton to the overall budget and then subtractng the tax pad by each faculty to the central budget autonomous budgets of departments n the multdscplnary facultes (Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Socal Scences, Faculty of Scences, Faculty of Pedagogy, Faculty of Economcs) data for the calculatons needed are suppled by the unversty IS (the most mportant types of data are avalable to the unversty management n a user-frendly form on-lne) EUA Workshop Strasbourg, 1-2 December
