The examnaton shall be organsed n one sttng for Cameroonans of both sexes followng the condtons stpulated below: Secton of DIPET Il Canddates must be holders of "lcence" or Bachelor's Degree n a feld related to the correspondng Department or any equvalent dploma recognsed by the Mnster of Hgher Educaton. Secton of Teachers' Traners ' () Canddates must be cvl servant of prmary educaton and holders of Bachelor's Degree or any equvalent dploma recognsed by the Mnster of Hgher Educaton. (2) Foregn canddates may be authorsed to st for the examnaton n the same academe condtons accordng to the number of places avalable n conformty wth the regulatons n force. (3) Canddates who are not cvl servants shall not be older than 32 on.januaryf " 4. No exempton shall be granted. The applcaton fles shall comprse the followng documents: A regstraton form to be collected from ENSET of Kumba Unversty of Buea the Regonal Delegaton of Secondary Educaton or the MINESUP A certfed photocopy of the brth certfcate dated not more than three (03) months Transcrpts of levels l Il and III of "Lcence" or Bachelor's Degree sgned or certfed by the competent academc authortes A certfed true copy of "Lcence" Bachelor Degree or equvalent dploma dated not more than sx(3) months A certfed true copy of "BTS" "HND" "DUT" or equvalent dploma f these dplomas are requred n Artcle 2 A medcal certfcate ssued bya medcal offcer from the Admnstraton testfyng that the canddate s physcally and medcally ft for teachng. It should partcularly specfy that the canddate does not suffer fram serous physologcal defcences n hs dcton hearng sght and motrcty A certfcate of nonconvcton dated not more than three (03) months A recept upon payment of twenty thousand (000) F CFA as nonrefundable regstraton fees delvered by Insttuton's BANK S.A. No other form of payment s accepted One selfaddressed large envelope bearng stamps n conformty wth the regulatons n force Two passportsze photographs Artcle 5. () Holders of foregn dplomas shall submt ether the equvalence or the recept showng that they appled for the equvalence of ther dplomas or certfcates. 4 /'/ (2) The fnal admsson of these canddates shall be confrmed only on presentaton wthn the date lmt set by the competent authortes of the text grantng them equvalence. Artcle 6. Complete fles should be submtted to ENSET of Kumba and regonal delegatons of secondary Educaton latest 3 th July 4. Artcle 7 () The examnaton shall comprse: a. Academe performance (30% of the total assessment) b. Two wrtten papers (60% of the total assessment) c. An oral test (0% of the total assessment). (2) The academc performance wll be taken nto account after the oral test for fnal admsson only. Artcle 8. The wrtten papers wll take place on 30 th August 4 n the followng examnaton centers: Bafoussam Bambl Bertoua Buea Douala Ebolowa Garoua Maroua Ngaoundere Yaounde and Kumba. Artcle 9. 5 !'(2) The syllabuses of the compettve entrance examnaton n each secton are the same as n the Bachelor's Degree programmes. Artcle 0. () Marks for each paper of the wrtten test are ranged from zero to twenty accordng to the abovementoned coeffcents. Any canddate who scores less than fve out of twenty shall be dsqualfed. (2) The jury shall publsh the lst of successful canddates n the wrtten papers per secton and n alphabetcal order. These canddates shall then proceed wth the oral test. Artcle. The oral test s only for successful canddates n the wrtten papers. It wll take place n KUMBA exclusvely. Questons wll coyer two areas namely General Knowledge and Blngual Tranng. The oral test ams at assessng the canddate's ablty to communcate n French and Englsh n general and especally n pedagoge communcaton. Artcle 2. The academc performance wllrnostly be based on: the canddate's age the number of years spent n Unversty Transcrpts of levels l Il and III of "Lcence" or Bachelor's Degree Artcle 3. After the oral test the jury shall prepare the lst of successful canddates per seres and n order of mert for publcaton by the Mnster of Hgher Educaton. Artcle 4. The composton of the jury mentoned n the above artcles s specfed by the Mnster of Hgher Educaton Artcle 6. The VceChancellor of the Unversty of Buea the Drector of Unversty Accredtatons and Qualty and the Drector of the Hgher Techncal Teacher's Tranng College of Kumba each n hs/her own sphere are responsble for the mplementaton of ths order whch shall be regstered and publshed n Englsh and French wherever necessary.
