3 THE HISTORY 1974 Cassa Centrale delle Casse Rurali Trentine was born February 28, The founding members were 133 local Banks operating in Trentino Collaboration between Trentino, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. Partnership with banks outside Trentino Then The bank s name is changed in Cassa Centrale delle Casse Rurali Trentine e delle Banche di Credito del Nord Est S.p.A. The banking group Cassa Centrale Banca was founded. Centrale Finanziaria del Nord Est becomes the holding company and DZ Bank becomes a shareholder (25%) of Cassa Centrale Banca (CCB). Establishment of Centrale Leasing Nord Est, Centrale Credit&Real Estate Solutions and Centrale Soluzioni Immobiliari. New customer Banks in many areas of Italy.
