3 News summer Perched on cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on Portugal s southern coast in the Algarve, the 4-Trident Club Med Da Balaia has innovated once again to host families, golfers and seminars in an exceptional setting. V NEW ROOMS FOR GREATER COMFORT To meet customers needs, and especially those of families, 11 spacious new rooms with balconies now provide guests with a comfortable and refined atmosphere. Options range from the Deluxe to the Club and Suite rooms. Additionally, 20 rooms have been newly redesigned. V A NEW FLYING TRAPEZE FOR ATHLETES AND ARTISTS Acrobatics and artistic activities are on the agenda! Parents and children can head to the circus school to try out the trampoline, hoops and ropes, and the new flying trapeze overlooking the ocean. Club Med Da Balaia offers a various range of sports activities including tennis, fitness, archery V A NEW MINI CLUB AND JUNIOR S CLUB FOR FAMILIES In addition to the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 4 years), young guests (4 to 10 years) can now enjoy a new Mini Club. With three different areas to entertain and inspire (MUSIC ACADEMY, GAMES FACTORY and ART STUDIO), it also has its own pool for Club activities. The new Juniors Club (11 to 17 years) has added new activities such as beach volleyball and circus that teens will love. To give guests ever more flexibility and ensure a "no constraints" holiday, parents can entrust their children to the team s care for one hour or the entire day - whatever fits their needs! V A NEW DISCOVERY OFFER TO VISIT THE ALGARVE Feel like getting out and about? The discovery offer was completely revamped and now includes three types of excursions: culture, nature and emotion. CULTURE : the "Faro" excursion. Wander around one of the region s most extraordinary villages and discover its tiny cobblestone lanes, city walls and 14th-century cathedral. NATURE : the "In the Footsteps of Magellan" excursion. Travel along the coast from the beautiful Vilamoura Marina to Galé to admire the unique rock formations and take a dip in the remote bays. EMOTION : the "Insonia" excursion. Cruise up the coast between Albufeira marina and Carvoeiro beach and admire the mysterious caves. You might even see some dolphins on the way! 3

5 MORE ZEN: A NEW ZEN AREA A new adults-only zen area with ocean views will offer guests an infinity pool and a bar. The rooms feature a new design so guests can find the tranquillity and relaxation they came for. Meanwhile, the Fado building was designed for families comfort: half of the rooms will be interconnecting. Couples and golfers may prefer the Belem, located near the golf course and new amenities. Guests may also enjoy wellness activities at the existing Club Med Spa by Cinq Mondes with eight individual treatment rooms, one "duo" room for tandem treatments and a relaxation area. 6 MORE GOLF: LIVE YOUR PASSION Club Med Da Balaia has a 9-hole course while there are more than 20 other golf courses nearby. In 2016, Club Med Da Balaia will be THE resort for Algarve golfers.

7 V NEW! "THE GOLFERS LOUNGE" This golfers-only lounge was made for relaxing after a golf course. With two areas to choose from, you can kick your feet up next to the fireplace or mix and mingle in a bright, lively space. Feeling peckish? Enjoy a late lunch at the restaurant, which is open until 4pm. V NEW! "GOLF CONCIERGE DESK" The no constraints mindset extends to golfers too. Their entire trip will be handled by a dedicated desk in the Village, open all year round. A G.O will manage transfers and equipment (loan, storage, hire). Golfers may choose to book green fees through the travel agency or at the Golf Concierge desk. V NEW GREEN FEES AND GOLF COURSE PACKAGES Five green fees packages including an unlimited offer will be available. Group or private instruction (ages 8 and up) will be given by golf professionals. V JUST FOR KIDS: THE "GOLF EXPERIENCE" FROM 6 YEARS During school holidays, 90-minute lessons give little ones an opportunity to learn to play and get the right technical gesture using plastic clubs and tennis balls. FOR GROUPS AND INCENTIVES: A NEW OFFER For companies looking to reward or motivate their employees through team building, training or coaching, the "Meetings & Events by Club Med" department proves that the most beautiful places in the world can also be the best places to bring teams together. The three conference rooms at the Da Balaia Village will feature a cutting edge concept design: a "working wall" featuring an internet-connected interactive flat screen with wireless connection to the other PCs in the room; an "energy wall" with drinks, sweets and mobile phone chargers; and modern, functional furnishings in a space that reflects Portuguese culture. One of the rooms can be converted using a special kit into a "creative room" for brainstorming meetings. 7
