California community college students may complete the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) or California State University General Education Pattern (CSUGE) before transferring to ASU. Students who are currently pursuing an associate degree in nursing at a California Community College may transfer and earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) at ASU. The College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University operates under accreditation for its baccalaureate and master s degree programs. 9 ASU Housing Currently houses 12,000 plus students over four campuses in traditional residence halls, apartment style buildings and houses. Living on campus gives students access to a variety of services and resources within each campus community Studies show that students who live on campus transition with more ease to university life, graduate faster, and are more involved with the university than students who live off campus.

13 Things to do in the city and local area Visit the Tempe History museum and learn about the development of Tempe through history, or stop by the ASU Art Museum. Visit the Sea Life Arizona Aquarium Take a short and not too difficult hike up Tempe Butte Rent a boat, fish, play, or attend a concert or special event at Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Beach Park in downtown Tempe. Take a short 20 minute drive to Phoenix Visit the Mill Avenue District to for shopping, dining and night life.
