20 Proof of Financial Support The U.S. Government requires all international applicants provide proof of ability to pay tuition and living expenses for themselves before an I- 20 Certificate can be issued This documented evidence of financial support is for the first year (fall, spring, summer) at USC This document must be verified by a bank and dated within the last nine months
