1 1 Ninja Crochet Pattern Design by K. Godinez

Abbreviations: ch - chain st - stitch R - round sc single crochet Number x sc the number tells you how many times you make a single crochet (or a dc, hdc ) in each stitch inc - make two single crochet in one stitch dec - two stitches crochet together with a sc dc double crochet dcinc make two double crochet in one stitch rep - repeat everything until the end of the round sl st - slip stitch BLO back loops only sc with color change: change the color on this sc (when you make this single crochet stitch, grab the new color of your wool and pull it through the two loops on your hook). Note: Unless indicated otherwise, parts are worked in rounds for the Ninja. You can start with 2 ch or make a magic ring. It is important to mark the beginning of your round. The arms must be crocheted first before you start with the body.
3 3 Arms (2 x) for Ninja Boy and Girl 2 x ch in color ecru R 01 5 x sc in second ch from hook 5 R 02 inc in each stitch 10 R 03 sc in each stitch 10 R 04 sc in each stitch 10 R 05 dec, 3 x sc, rep 8 R 06 sc with color change to black, 7 x sc 8 R 07 R 12 sc in each stitch 8 sl st, cut the thread and sew it Don t stuff the arms. Cut the thread and sew it. Second leg: At the end of row 11, hold the legs parallel to each other and connect both legs with a sl st. (exactly: from the thread marking of the first leg count 5 stitches back. Start in the 5th stitch and connect it with the second leg with a sl st) The body for the boy and the girl starts from here:
4 4 Body and head for the Ninja-boy R 12 start crocheting on the first leg: start in the same stitch you have made the sl st and make 9 x sc, go ahead on the second leg and also start there in the same stitch you have made the sl st to connect the legs, 9 x sc 18 R 13 sc in each stitch, stuff the legs 18 R 14 9 x sc, inc, 8 x sc 19 R 15 sc in each stitch 19 R 16 sc in each stitch 19 R x sc, dec, 6 x sc 18 R 18 sc in each stitch 18 In row 19, the arms get crocheted to the body R 19 5 x sc, hold the arm to this side and crochet arm (only one part of the arm) and body together with 4 x sc now crochet over the body: 5 x sc. They can be tied later with each other. All other methods did not produce the desired result: I tried to carry along the threads in the back, which was a problem because they had a tendency to constrict the head. Also crocheting the thread in the inside of a stitch is not that good because it changes the shape of the head. Now you can make the braids. Decorate the hair with a pearl or a thread. Cut the hair to the desired length. Have fun crocheting your Ninja! Do not copy or post this pattern without my permission. Don t translate this pattern into another language for reselling or publishing on the internet. You can sell a small number of the finished item on markets or local stores.
