The proposed configuration changes will consolidate the ancillary service revenue settlement and bid cost calculations. The ancillary service consolidation improves settlement processing time and will reduce data retention needs, without impacting settlement amounts. The ISO anticipates implementation on or about 6/24/15 in order to support a 7/1/2015 production effective trade date. There were no changes since the last meeting. Page 7

The ISO anticipates implementation on or about 6/24/15 in order to support a 10/1/2014 production effective trade date. There were no changes since the last meeting. 844 Real Time Congestion Pre- Calculation No comments on Recommendation submitted; comment period expired 6/16/15; Next Step: Post Final Decision As part of the EIM initiative, the ISO calculates the virtual bid adjustment for the virtual resource congestion contribution to the EIM balancing authority area constraints and for each virtual schedule. The ISO is proposing to increase the transparency of the virtual bid adjustment amount by identifying the virtual bid type of the virtual bid adjustment. The ISO anticipates implementation on or about 6/24/15 in order to support a 10/1/2014 production effective trade date. There were no changes since the last meeting. Page 8

The proposed changes are required to ensure that the non-generating resources energy is being accurately reflected in the unaccounted for energy settlement. The ISO anticipates implementation on or about 6/24/15 in order to support a 4/1/2015 production effective trade date. There were no changes since the last meeting. 848 CC 4515 GMC Bid Transaction Fee CG CC 4563 GMC Transmission Ownership Rights Charge Comments on Recommendation submitted on 6/16 from CDWR; comment period expired 6/17/15; Next Step: Post Final Decision Based upon new contractual obligations, the CAISO agrees that in addition to their transmission ownership rights, the CAISO will waive the assessment of grid management charges to specific resources as long as the schedule is within the TOR contractual limits. The proposed configuration change ensures that contract specific resources are excluded from the assessment of grid management charges for CG CC 4515 GMC bid transaction fee and CG CC 4563 GMC transmission ownership rights charge. The ISO anticipates implementation on or about 6/24/15 in order to support a 5/1/2015 production effective trade date. The BPM for CC 4563 was revised and posted on 6/22/2015 to address the comments from CDWR. Page 9
