1 JS Logistics Web OE Instructions JS Logistics has deployed a new Web Order Entry package that should make Order Entry easier and more streamlined. Everyone is now Live on the new software package. Here is the link to the new Order Entry: You can also connect to it through our website Your login credentials should be the same as what you are currently using for JS Order Entry but if your Customer ID is all numeric you will need to use leading zeroes to pad the length to 6 digits. Example: If your Account Number/Login ID = 289, then your new login is PLEASE NOTE: Our system only allows 125 characters in the Pickup and Delivery Instructions, and that until we fully cut over this is all that will be saved even though the new system allows you to enter up to 250 characters. Be aware that if you type more than 125 in the new OE they will be truncated after 125! any questions or concerns to NewJSOE@jslogistics.com OE Instructions and Tips. When you login to the application you will be directed to the Request a Pickup screen. From here you place your order or navigate to other OE functions such as Tracking, Advanced Search, Help and watching a training Video.

2 Additional Functionality: Click on the JS Logistics logo at top left to open a new window. Ship Package / Home / Pickup / Schedule Bring up a New Order screen with the Pickup filled in for your address. Advanced Search a Tool designed to do Query by Form Searches for previous orders. Log Out Logout of the system. Flip Flips the Pickup and Delivery Address. Past Invoices Lookup Invoice History.

3 Tracking Lookup previously placed orders. My Preferences Allows default setup options for Order Entry. Help Online Documentation. Video Online Video of how to enter an Order. Address Book a Drop Down List of Client s Saved Addresses for quick selection. Search by Name If checked the system will search on the Name entered, if unchecked it will search by Address Book Code. Disable Search Disables search in Address Book. Allows free form entry of Name and Address. Save/Update Address Book? If checked will Save or Update Address in Customer Address Book. Residence Check this next to Pickup or Delivery if address is a residence. OK to Leave Check this if it s Ok to Leave the package at Delivery with No Signature. Misc and Pricing Information: PCS Enter number of Boxes, Envelopes, Pallets. Weight Enter Weight of packages. Job Type Enter requested Vehicle type: Car, Truck, Covered Truck, Van, Dockhi Truck, Dockhi Hazmat or Tractor Trailer. Job Level Enter type of Service: Regular, Secondary, Expedited, etc Return Select Yes if Round Trip. Distance This is calculated. Pricing Information Section All fields are calculated unless otherwise noted. COD Enter a COD amount for our driver to collect. Accessorial Charges - Click on the $ on Other $ or ADD l $ to bring up the following Accessorial Charges entry form:

4 Additional Buttons at bottom of OE screen: Reset Resets the current order screen to start over. Flip Flips the Pickup and Delivery Address.

5 Submit Submits the current transaction as a Live order and brings up the following screen which confirms your order and can be used as a Label. Request a Pickup Start a new Pickup Order. Clone Clone the selected Transaction as a new order. Make sure and change the Pickup and Delivery date and times!

6 Past Invoices Lookup Invoice History. Tracking Lookup previously placed orders. Track a Package Fields Displayed in Blue and Underlined - a Link to a new Window with additional information. Price - On any screen where a Price is displayed in Blue, if you hover over the Price it will display how the Price was calculated

7 General Tips: Control + increases the screen size. Control decreases the screen size. Settings -> My Preferences allows you to change your System Preferences. o CSS Theme allows you to select your screen background and colors. There is also another My Preferences button on the Order Screen that allows you to set Order Preferences, such as Include Map, and additional settings.
