1 Congratulations for your achievements. Now that you have received your award points certificate you can begin ordering on the Skanska Safety League website. You must have a login, password, and point balance to place an order on this site. STEP ONE In your internet browser go to the following website: STEP TWO Once you are on the website, select from one of the categories across the top bar by clicking on the category name.
2 STEP THREE The category will load on to the web page with thumbnails and a brief description of each item under that category. Click on one of the items that you would like to order. STEP FOUR Once the item you selected has loaded on to the page, you will indicate the quantity that you want for the item and then click on the Add to Cart button. ***If there is additional information required such as a size for boots or prescription information for safety glasses, fill in that information prior to clicking the Add to Cart button. Once you click on the Add to Cart button, your shopping cart will appear toward the bottom of the page showing what has been purchased. If you choose to add additional items to your shopping cart see click on one of the categories across the top bar (go back to STEP TWO and repeat the item selection process).
3 STEP FIVE Once all of your selections have been made, you will see a summary of the items you wish to order in your shopping cart toward the bottom of the page. This will also give you a summary of the points you wish to redeem. If you wish to change your order you can do so by changing the quantity and clicking on the Refresh Cart button. You will see that the cart has been updated. Once you have completed your item selection(s), click on the Go To Checkout button. STEP SIX At this time you will be prompted to input your Login and Password found on your certificate. Click on the green button to proceed to checkout.
4 STEP SEVEN At cart checkout you will see a summary of your order and point value at the top of the page for each item. You will also see your Award Point Balance. Since your current order is not yet complete, the point balance reflects the amount of points you have prior to placing the current order. Your award points will adjust once the order is complete! If your point balance is less than the amount you are ordering you can place the remaining amount on your credit card. Fill out the shipping & billing information as requested on the shopping cart. While we are not billing you for this order, please fill out all of the billing information. We are gathering this information incase your order value is greater than your point balance. If your order value is greater than your point balance the billing information will be used to match against your credit card information that you provide.
5 STEP EIGHT Once all of the information is filled out on the shopping cart, please click on the green button at the bottom to submit the order. The order will not be processed unless the order has been submitted. Once the order has been submitted another screen showing your order number will be shown. You will also receive an order acknowledgement via showing a summary of your order as well as your remaining point balance. Additional Information Points do not expire and will accumulate if they are not redeemed. You can use your accumulated points for future purchases. HDS Marketing is administering the Safety League Program. If you have any questions, or need assistance in placing your order you can call RETURNS: If you need to return an item because it is defective, the wrong size, and or the wrong item, please call HDS Marketing ( ) for a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive the number, we will give you an address to ship it back to. Once the factory receives the item, a new item will be shipped out and your points will be credited. Please note that we can NOT accept returns for items that are used or worn. All items being returned after the 15 th day of delivery will be handled on a case by case basis.
