Day 3 - On to Victoria, British Colombia Take a ride on one of the fastest ferries in the Northwest while enjoying a champagne breakfast. Arrive Victoria and transfer to The Fairmont Empress, a luxury resort situated on the spectacular Inner Harbor, capturing the grandeur and elegance of a bygone era.
