1 1 st session: INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT Objective of the thematic unit: To understand what is meant by Projects and to define Project Management. Students benefit by understanding the need to do feasibility studies and the key objectives in managing projects. This unit is divided into the following topics: 1. What is a Project?
