The calculation of this fee is based on the deposit rates offered by BCEE to its customers for a period equivalent to the time remaining until final maturity under this agreement. This fee may turn out to exceed the already accrued interest plus the total interest accruing on the day of early withdrawal and may therefore adversely affect the initially deposited amount. This fee is the difference between: firstly, the amount of the Deposit repaid on the date of receipt of the order of withdrawal; and, secondly, the value of this sum discounted at the deposit rate offered by BCEE, increased by the interest due on it, until the final maturity of the Deposit. 4
