2 1- Terminal Handling Charges (THC) A) Local Container (Standard Rates): Size/Transaction/USD Import & Internal Transit Export External Transit Empty In/Out B) Transshipment Container (Covering Full Cycle): 20 /Full/Empty/USD 20 /Full/Empty/USD C) Empty Container from an Iranian Port to another Iranian Port for Export Purposes: 20 /USD 40 /USD D) Return Import Containerized Cargo: 20 /USD 40 /USD E) Return Export Containerized Cargo: 20 /USD 40 /USD Exchange Rate is base on Iranian Central Bank announcement at Vessel Berthing Date. ( Transshipment THC covers 2 Moves as full cycle (Discharging and Loading). THC covers lashing and un-lashing charges. Payment of Full and Empty Containers THC is to the account of the Box Operator Agent.
3 All THC amounts should be paid to Terminal Operator s Bank Account Directly (after 5% Tax Deduction based on act 104 of the Iranian Direct Taxation Law and adding 5% as Value Added Tax). At the end of each financial year, the Box Operator Agent in Iran shall present Terminal Operator with the documents showing the payments of the deducted 5% tax to related Tax Administration. THC of the containers which have been discharged or loaded to / from a vessel berthing at un-containerized berths by the port equipment shall be increased up to 120% of table number one. THC of containers which have been discharged or loaded to / from a vessel berthing at uncontainerized berths by the vessel equipment shall be decreased up to 70% of table number one. Standard THC of Internal Transit Container to Special Economic/Free Zone as well as Inland Customs is the same as THC for Import containers. Other charges related to container containing return cargoes such as stuffing & shifting of container from CFS/transit area to CY is to the account of consignee or his agent. Container containing Out of Gauge Cargoes (OOGC) is subject to USD 42 additional charge on top of applicable THC. However all the Flat rack, Chassis, artificial Twin decks containers are subject to above mentioned additional charge. In gauge open top containers are not subject to additional charge. THC of the Over Weight / Over Height Container is calculated based on the related tariff with consideration of time especial equipment was utilized to handle the container. As per the deadline set by state-controlled Iranian Port and Maritime Organization (PMO), Terminal Handling Charges (THC) should be settled within 25 days after departure of the vessel as per respective invoice. Container Containing Dangerous Cargo should be declared in written 6 hours in advance before Vessel arrival. In case of not being applied of this matter, undeclared Dangerous Cargo, incomplete declaration or inaccuracy in observation of standard stuffing of cargo in containers, USD 5,775 / USD 11,550 per 20 /40 as fine is applicable which would be on account of Box Operator (Container Line) or his agent who is responsible for all the consequences in this respect even if IMO labels are already attached to the container or the cargo has been already manifested as dangerous. THC of Container containing Dangerous Import, Internal Transit, Export or Return Cargo is subject to 50% increase. THC of Container containing Transshipment, External Transit Dangerous Cargo is subject to 20% increase. Container containing General Cargo but with IMO label on the container are subject to THC of Dangerous Cargo although the cargo has been manifested as General Cargo (for the safety issues). Acceptance of explosive (class 1) and radioactive (class 7) containerized cargoes are subject to getting pre-approval from Port Authority and direct delivery only. Acceptance of containers containing Dangerous Cargoes class 3 and class 5.1 and 5.2 in
4 Bandar abbas especially during hot weather seasons (April October) is subject to Port Authority approval. Containers containing Dangerous Cargoes indicated above can only stay in the port for the period of hours. Otherwise, the Terminal Operator will take action for moving the containers to other areas and all related charges and consequent liabilities and responsibilities is to account of Box Operator Agent and Cargo Receiver. Acceptance of containers containing Dangerous Reefer Cargoes is subject to Port Authority approval. Acceptance of containers containing Dangerous LCL Cargoes is subject to Port Authority approval. 2- Discounts on THC: A) Carried Containers by Liner Vessels: 2% Discount would be applicable for all containers carried by Liner Vessels to or from Shahid Rajaee Container Terminals (Originated Vessels from any port in Persian Gulf, Oman Sea, Pakistanis and Oman Ports are not subject to THC Discount). B) Using SRCT as Transshipment Point in the region: THC of local containers will be discounted annually based on below table, if Box Operator handles its transshipment containers through SRCT: Annual Transshipment volume (Move) 4,000 9,999 10,000 19,999 20,000 39,999 40,000 79,999 80, ,999 Over 160,000 Applicable Discount on Local THC 2% 4% 6% 8% 10% 12% C) Voyage Volume Discount: support those Box operators who are using their vessels to handle more containers in single voyage to SRCT, their THC invoices will be discounted as per below table on single voyage basis: Number of Moves in Single Voyage 1,500 1,999 2,000 2,499 2,500 2,999 3,000 3,499 Over 3,500 Applicable Discount on Local THC Invoice 2% 3% 5% 7% 9%
5 3- RESTOWS: Any Size Within Hatch Via Quay Rate/USD Exchange rate is based on the Iranian Central Bank announcement on the vessel Berth Date. ( 4- OTHER EQUIPMENTS: Description Hatch Covers, Pontoons Movement on Vessel Rate/USD 64 Hatch Covers, Pontoons Movement via Quay 127 Stock Box (each Move) WORKING HOURS/ OVER TIME: The Container Terminal is operational 24 hours a day, 363 days a year. However no operation is performed in 2 days of the year as hereunder: The First Day of Iranian New Year (21 st of March). Ashora (10 th of Mohar am, Lunar Calendar). An additional charge of USD 80 per crane per hour is applicable during weekend and holidays (Over time is considered from 0700 hours of the holiday till 0700 hours of the day after). The formula for calculation of overtime charges for Cranes per Day is as hereunder: Quay Crane: tal Load and Discharge Moves divided by 25. Mobile Crane: tal Load and Discharge Moves divided by MONITORING OF REFRIGERATED CONTAINER (IRR/DAY): Description 20' 40 REMARK Daily Power Supply and Monitoring includes Plug -in / Plug-Out 350, ,000 Payable by Consignee/Shipper or their Agents Above charge covers extra work such as plugging/unplugging and monitoring of the Temperature/Humidity. No maintenance will be done on malfunction reefers. The Terminal operator will notify the containers agent and report malfunctions as soon as discovered.

Storage charge of Container containing Transshipment Cargo is to the account of the Box Operator s Agent. Storage charge of Container containing Import and Internal/External Transit Cargo is to the account of the Consignee / Cargo Owner or its agent. Storage charges of Containers containing Dangerous Cargo are 3 times more than the above tariff. Free Time for Transshipment Empty Containers in Marshaling Yard is 20 days.
7 Storage charge of Empty Transshipment Container is 50% of Local Empty Containers in Marshaling Yard. The container Containing General Cargo but with IMO label on the container is subject to storage charges of Dangerous Cargo although the cargo was manifested as General Cargo (for the safety issues). Storage charges of containers containing Out of Gauge Cargo are 2 times more than the normal tariff. All arrival containers to SRCT exceeding 30 days storage will be evacuated from their current location to long term storage designated area and payment of related cost IRR 302,500 / IRR 385,000 per 20 /40 is on account of respective consignee or its agent.
